The first room I was given had mould all through it. The curtains and walls. It smelled horrible. The second room was better. This hotel looks like a run down investment property for foreign investment company that want to park money in a safe location.

Tired Hotel. Handy location but small rooms, vanity light not working, weak shower and some leaks from shower onto floor. Quite a long walk to the car park and I had to use the stairs as the car park lift wasn't working. Bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well.

WAY TOO MUCH SPAM blasted at me over all channels. I just need a confirmation email that’s it. I selected quit to all the text messages and you started spamming me on WhatsApp. I must’ve received more than a dozen emails and/or messages for a one night stay… way over the top.

the shower area was an unsafe narrow awkward step up from the rest of the room the bathroom itself very narrow unlit space with a slippery floor and a glass door to the shower that did not open completely because a basin stopped the glass door from fully opening. I slipped twice on that bathroom floor only narrowly missed hurting myself each time
i will never stay at Ramada Hamilton again

The staff were very nice, but ... the room was basic and tired, and not anything like the photos. The room's location made it very noisy and there were always a lot of people congregating in hallways.
As solo female travellers it did not make us feel safe.
The bathroom was ridiculously small, and you could not even close the door while using the facilities.
Would not stay here again.

The public elevator doors walls and floor need a much need clean cleaning.
The windows in our suit room (bedroom and bathroom) had lots of spider webs that had been old enough to collect dust around the frames.
The door hardware at the door frame location was not installed so the door move quite a bit even when locked. This needs to be fixed for safety and security reasons. Except for the above room was clean and location good.

Room was quite small and the lay out was a little odd with the room door opening right to the bed side. An older building. Gym was ok but a few things broken and was weirdly also a storage room. Stairwell to the gym was dirty and uninviting.
