Property is very basic and does not include a lot of amenities inside rooms. No coffee or water or lotions. Basic stuff was not available. We had to go out and buy. No phone in room either.

Lovely hotel. Great location, walkable from city centre, but also tram stop right outside. Comfortable rooms and a great buffet breakfast. Only downside was no drink facilities or air con in the rooms.

I really liked and enjoyed our stay in the hotel. breakfast is good and the variety of choices is amazing. The location is super good, near centre, the trams is opposite and tram 12 takes you to the best places. I can't think of anything negative.
