Truly one of my best stay experiences—Norwegian charm, clean, quiet, and a helpful manager

This is a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff and in an excellent location. It is easy walking distance from the train station and right off the main shopping and restaurants. It is also near the museum which is a must-see. The bottom floor holds a surprise; I won’t ruin it for you and you will have to see for yourself!

We had a reservation at a sister-property the "Erzscheidergarden". Reservation was made through Expedia. When we got there the Erzscheidergarden was locked up for the season. It was raining, cold and miserable and very difficult to get anyone at the reference number on the door. Of course, Expedia (or Expedia's computers) really doesn't care and no one at the hotel had the courtesy to contact us. We eventually reached someone at the Roros Hotell, it's sister property. We stayed there instead. Maia, the front desk person was a delight and took very good care of us. The room at the Roros Hotell was not luxurious but was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was terrific!

Hyggelig mottakelse i resepsjonen da vi kom. God frokost og greie rom. Pluss for kaffe og sjokoladekake i peisestuen.

Sjarmerende historien hotell liggende sentralt i Røros, med koselig atmosfære, god frokost og fine rom.

Deilig opphold. Kjempegod frokost. Ikke noe bedre alternativ enn dette på Røros

Nydelig lite hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. Fantastisk mottakelse av Nina med masse informasjon om Røros og hotellet. Rommene er ok, men veldig små. Rent og pent. Økologisk og/eller lokale råvarer til frokost og nydelige, hjemmelagde kaker og kaffe i stuen.

Koselig hotell med masse sjel. Fantastisk atmosfære.

Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Som å være på besøk hos bestemor.

Små bad, veeeldi liten vask

Hotel molto particolare, di stile nordico, sembra più una grande pensione ed è fantastico. Sala comune , salottini per ospiti, stanze semplici ma fatte con gusto e super comode. Vicinissimo strada principale, con parcheggio davanti. Un posto veramente piacevolissimo. Personale super gentile. Colazione deliziosa ed abbondante.

Hadde et flott opphold, dessverre bare ei natt denne gangen. Koselig rom, rent og fint. Hyggelige ansatte og kjempegod frokost. Vi kommer igjen 👍🌻

Nydelig opphold, varm velkomst, rent og ryddig, nydelig seng. Stille og fredelig. Deilig frokost med hyggelig personale! Kommer sikkert tilbake!

Flott opphold på Erzscheidergarden - hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, koselig rom ved resepsjonen og super frokost. Veldig godt fornøyd med natten jeg tilbragte der.:-)

A first class Hotel with very friendly host. the timber wall building was from 1860, with cozy interior and a huge open fire place ' Peis' in the dining room. still the buildings are top modern with all facilities and each room has its own history. I want to return to this place winter time. Can be highly recommended!

Nydelig frokost med kortreist mat ( både kjøtt, egg, smør, melk m.m.fra Røros), koselig peisestue med kaffe/te og hjemmebakte kaker som kunne nytes hele dagen. Rent og pent overalt, deilig sengetøy, men litt trange rom.

Hyggelig sted å overnatte på Røros Frokosten ble inntatt med flere personer på samme bord og kombo snakk med andre gjester. Det ble hyggelig rundt frokostbordet

Alltid hyggelig å komme tilbake til dette hjemmekoselige hotellet hvor man blir så godt tatt imot. Lett å anbefale til alle som skal til Røros.😀
