Communication was incredible when I wanted to extend my stay. Very close within walking distance to everything including restaurants & grocery. Being a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe. I definitely recommend!

It was a last minute booking of this hotel, however, no regret. Everything in this hotel was ok from check in until check out.
The studio is small but very comfy and fully equipped with what you need. The location was amazing in the heart of Oslo city centre accessible to different stores, restaurants, groceries and near shopping centres. The main train station and most of attraction places are within walking distance.
I highly recommend this property for everyone.

The hotel itself was cosy with no noise. Great room BUT be warned if you are a woman, this area is very sketchy and we did not feel safe to leave the apartment once it was dark outside. Groups of young men loitered around outside and make comments/give weird stares. We wish we would have known about this before booking as safety is a top priority for us and we had to rearrange our plans to ensure we would not be out at dark. We also had to do detours to get back to avoid particulate seedy areas like the closest park.

Links to provide guest information didn't work. Asked customer service to input, else no entry code. They say they did, but didn't upload properly. So I sat outside in -7C degrees for 1.5 hours trying to get customer service to tell me the problem and let me in. Claus couldn't even find my booking, asking me repeatedly for the same information. No apologies, appalling service then cut me off! In 1 min, Annika saw the issue, added the details and got me the code. Lovely once inside but the pre-stay and poor Comms really let it down.

The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean and nothing out of order. No idea why the bedrooms have sliding doors but then no curtains over the windows so you can see in anyway.
Everything in the room if you need to cook yourself with every utensil there.
Starting is basic you have the dining table chairs, a beanbag or a tree trunk to sit on we ended up just lying on our beds.
The digital entry having the same code as your room worked really well and saved all the hassle of keys or keycards.
The only downside was that there was never any hot water for the shower in the early evening. It was ok first thing in they morning but at night time it was awful.
Location is excellent, 15 minutes walk to the central area and buses and the subway very close by to get elsewhere.

Mini studio was nothing like the photos appearing on the website, very digitalised and far from reality. Stuffy dusty smell, very very dark, all inside was brown/black
Including the curtains, with dim lighting
I didn’t stay, I booked myself into a nearby hotel.
Smelled of dust and something else I could not put my fingers on.
I was travelling alone and I’d dint feel safe or comfortable staying there

Over weekend it was difficult to resolve issues with some things in the apartment (we had to wait until Monday but we left Monday). Shower hot water, soft furnishings not available as per photos and security presence not often experienced at hotel.

This hotel is unsafe - I thought it was similar to the Sonder brand, which offers keyless entry and is still very secure, but this lobby opens to anyone on the busy street, the door code to the building is the same as the room, the room itself cannot be locked from the inside (and opens outward to the hall). Would not recommend to solo female travelers.
