The apartment was decent, it was in a great location and clean. The kitchen had basic equipment and we ate at home two nights. There were several things that we thought made it hard, though. It's 3 floors up without an elevator, which was a detail perhaps stated somewhere but we missed. It was hard with large baggage with my elderly parents who have some problems with their knees. Moreover, there is a staircase in the middle of the apartment living room without any gate or protection. We were glad we didn't come with any children, since that would have been a dangerous risk of tumbling down the stairs. Even for us as adults, we were worried of this for when going to the bathroom during the night. The attic design is fashionable but the ceiling is very low and we bumped our heads at least once a day. I guess the low ceiling is nothing the hosts can change, but some facility to protect the staircase would be a reasonable suggestion for improvement. Some clear notes on the lack of elevator and clearer instructions on where to put the plastic and metal/glass recyclables would also be good. With all that said, we managed to have a comfortable stay!
