I have been traveling throughout Centro America, for five weeks. The hotel was the best hotel that I have stayed at.
Although the hotel was busy, it was always calm. The staff were friendly and professional.
I made it a point to let the Hotel Manager know about the incredible job, that his staff did.
I would recommend staying there, and the next time that I fly in or out of Panamá City, I will stay there.

My Sister and I stared off, excited about this trip. Which was effected right after check in. There were No Face towels in the bathroom. We went down to the bar to grab some food. Over priced for portions and taste. Our bartender Nubia was the best thing. She was the only reason we kept spending money at the Hotel.
The other White Shirt Male Managers were uncomfortably watching us. To the point we felt the need to film every time we left our room, to feel Safe. I usually have Good experience at IHG hotels. NOT THIS,ONE!

The property was very clean, staff were friendly and overall a very good stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast came included with our booking but I didn’t like the taste of the items I took. The pancakes weren’t light and fluffy, and the Sausages and eggs didn’t taste that great. Yhe fruits weren’t sweet but I enjoyed having it with yogurt and honey. The hot chocolate I had in the first day was really great but the second day, not so much. I also didn’t like that we had to keep asking for a towel for the 3rd person in our room.

The shuttle ride expectation. I recommend stating a more accurate time line of pick-up. Because my wife and I ended up taking a taxi from waiting too long. But because the shuttle statement made it appear as though the frequency of every hour was accurate we waited at first.

We stayed here when we landed and when we departed Panama due to our flight times. The hotel transportation was very convenient. When we arrived, we called ahead to the hotel to let them know we would be looking for transport. After a series of delays, it was about 1AM when we arrived. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets and the pool area was very nice. Room was clean, hot water and beds were fine. It suited our needs due to our flight times. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Would stay there again.

Uber delivered me to the Crowne Plaza near the airport in Panama City, Panema. Check in was quick, friendly, and professional! Shuttle to the airport this morning was well run! I would definitely stay here again.
