Excellent front desk service

I wish I had a refrigerator in my room. The restaurant was closed. It was very disappointed.

Comfortable enough for a business stay. Clean and friendly place.

Did not tell me any information or orientation especially accessing WiFi. I used my cellular data all throughout my stay.

This hotel is on the Via España which is a big plus and still only five minutes walk from the main stretch of the Via España popular with visitors and locals starting at Iglesia Carmen. It is also only two blocks from the Riba Smith supermarket, the highest-end local supermarket. The hotel is clean but rooms of the same price vary in what they offer, one we had had a fridge but no chair, another a chair but no fridge. This hotel is very good value for the money but the rooms are tiny and you need to bring an extension cord to get to the outlet in the smaller rooms behind one bed. Internet is quick but drops out a lot. You can get hotels for less money but you also get less and the locations worsen quickly. Be careful to check your online booking to ensure that you get the room you were promised. Overall? Great value for money if location is important and very good value for money in the $35-40 range for a room. Note they do not provide shampoo or conditioner or facial tissues.

This is a nice low cost hotel, friendly staff, walking distance to a 24 hour store, bakery, supermarket and a good taco place. WiFi worked fine, coffee in room.

Very clean. Maybe a little oversold but comes at a very reasonable price. Good choice for a low budget traveller.

Its is the centre of the city, and easy access to public transportation, shopping, just a 6 minutes drive to multi plaza and albrook mall.

Its pretty good. Overall quiet. One thing I didnt expect was to be asked for my room keys whenever I leave the hotel but I guess they have their reasons.

It is very conveniently located and within walking distance of Cinta Costera, Avenida Bulboa and public transport. Economical, affordable and very pleasant staff.

The equipment in the "fitness center" did not work. Pool looked much bigger in the pictures.

Our family had a great stay at Hotel California. It was clean, in a good location, and had everything we needed.

I feel indifferent about this hotel -Wifi unstable or not working and the air condition device was extremly loud. Bathrooms are nice though.

best air conditioning ever. It blows directly across my body. Ive been sleeping like a baby

Not a lovely place. Not a lovely place. I was woken up by the cleaners banging on my door like there was an evacuation even though I told the front desk not to disturb me. Then again I told them not to do that the next day, to two people. So they woke me up by calling me over again. The owner is so cheap that he is terrified of not getting paid so harasses the guests. Where would one go with 5 suitcases. The pool is jacuzzi size without the bubbles. The WiFi doesnt work. There are better places to stay.

Nice experience for the price, quiet area, got a tub in the balcony y a basic gym if you like to sweat a little nit more, close to metro station, just be careful crossing the streets, you need to calculate and take a run, if not , you stay there the whole day
