Hotel Coclé

Excelente y agradable atención, desde mi llegada hasta mi salida del hotel. Muy bonito el espacio de The Garden Café.

Straight forward simlw room, not fancy, basic snd everything worked.

Good property well located near major stores

Close to many shopping strip malls with restaurants, banking, supermarkets, etc.

it was great , loved the matress :)) the pool was nice need to upgrade the pool or repair the tiles, but it was overall very clean

We were there 1 night and the place was pretty empty and they put us in a room 3 buildings away from the pool. So went back to inquire about getting something closer and there was a $5.50 charge to upgrade. So when I asked she said those were the rooms that Hotels.com reserve. There was no glasses/ice bucket or coffee maker. Just 2 beds and 2 towels and a TV. So moved to the pool and it was exactly the same just close to the pool. The bed was comfortable enough and breakfast which is not included was good for the modest price.

The restaurant was good

A decent hotel with a pool. Be sure to ask for a patio or access to pool from your room. The interior room was dreary and bare bones. Second room better. Staff at desk speak English. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, beautiful gardens and pool… room furnishings sparse, shower door not closing properly. Best in Penenome, near bus stop and restaurants. We will stay again!

For what it is, its fine. Would stay if i needed to be in this area.

This was a pleasant surprise to find in Penonomé. Basic room but clean and comfortable.

Situated at the rear of a commercial Estate, the Hotel was quiet. If you want an enjoyable stay, ensure you can speak Spanish, the Staff, for the main part, were friendly, and helpful. The Hotel itself is clean, well maintained in all areas. The Restaurant has an excellent menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is well prepared and presented at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean but basic, if I had to level any criticism at all, it would be in this area, they are not soundproofed, and we were unlucky enough to have the room right next to the Kitchens (102) I was woken by Staff preparing for the day at 5am every morning of our stay, you also hear every door close as people leave their rooms. There is a reasonably large wardrobe, but not one hanger, fortunately we arrive prepared. also there is no glass or mug provided in the bathroom, we had to go and buy our own (I have to put my teeth somewhere!) I also like to be able to get up in the night and have a cold drink, or some chocolate, we could have neither, as there is not even a mini fridge. The Hotel could have these available at an extra cost, if they are not prepared to supply them as standard. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay, it is idea for an overnighter, but pushing it if for a longer vacation. There are a number of fast food outlets nearby, and if you are prepared to walk, good local restaurants as well. I walk with a stick, and still managed to walk down to town.

Buena locacion, muchas opciones de comprar y comer. Lo unico que necesita una renovacion en las habitaciones Las duchas estan muy antiguas. Pero nos gusto mucho lo practico y amabilidad.

Very clean, bed very comfortable. Room was made & towels were changed every day. The hotel is located inside a shopping center very convenient to everything. Food at the hotel restaurant was good. However, there is a local restaurant right across the street called Gallo Pinto with excellent food and better price. Front desk Margarita was the one who checked us in and was very friendly and always ready to help us with all our needs. This is the best hotel in Cocle, Penenome, when we were leaving, the Panamá National football team was coming in to check in.

The staff was attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious, the are around it has restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping mall near. They can improve the temp of water in the shower is one temp a little warmer than room temp but ok.

The hotel staff are very accommodating and very courteous. The restaurant in the hotel serves very good meals. The restaurant staff are excellent.

Very nice property! We did not get a chance to swim, but the pool also looked very nice.
