Noisy!! We could hear noise from lobby and reception desk. I would not stay here unless you are a very heavy sleeper and don’t mind noise at night and early in the morning.
I ended up moving to another hotel and this hotel and Expedia refused to refund the reminder of our stay.
Positives: Breakfast was very good, and hotel staff were friendly.

In 2011 I stayed here & had an amazing, wonderful & enjoyed my time in there thats why I came back. The attentive, caring staff & the exquisite breakfast choices are the things that mattered to me the most.
Diego & Jordan helped us so much when we had altitude sickness. They cared a lot and ensure that we were doing fine at all times. Diego ensured we were nourished & had our packed breakfast ready for our early tours.
The breakfast ladies: Aida & Sofia (I hope I am getting their names right) - I enjoyed my breakfast so much with different fruit varieties, jams (gooseberry was my fave), fruit juices, healthy seeds & toppings for the yogurt, awesome coffee snd many more. My eggs were always perfectly cooked the way I like it.
Housekeeper - thank you for keeping our room tidy & super clean.
All these individuals felt like they were family. Muchas Gracias!
Love the filtered water (plus flavoured naturally), coca & other teas umbrellas/ walking stick available to be borrowed.

We stayed here for 2 evenings and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location is close to all the nearby shops and restaurants, yet quiet. Breakfast was good, hotel was very cozy and clean there was free potable water and the staff were great. My husband and I got married here and they surprised us with a little gift and bottle of wine! Would recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic historic center of Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms beautifully decorated, breakfast was fabulous with assorted items to choose from the buffet and then cooked to order eggs. I had to leave early in the morning on my last day and they prepared a sack breakfast for me to take with me on the road. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend highly recommend this hotel.

This is a really hotel, not just a family/Airbnb style hotel.
24 hours front desk. I have no issues on English communication. It’s pretty important for me who knows nothing about Spanish except Hola and gracias.
They are very professional, efficient. The only thing is, you need to walk a quite steep side way to access the hotel, but consider this is Cusco, it’s expected.

The location is perfect for what we wanted to do while in Cusco, briefly. Walking distance to the main plaza. Easy to find again. I loved the it was tucked away on a side street too. This made it very quiet. Lovely patio ain the second floor too
