No pude dormir las 4 noches por el ruido permanente como de una bomba en el piso alto, que se acentúa en la madrugada. Las canillas de agua hacen ruido cada vez que se abren. El edificio es viejo, hay ruido permanentemente, no hay un lugar donde estar tipo lobby y hace mucho frío en la habitación. El desayuno es básico pero ok.

This hotel is well-priced in a really good area that’s close to everything you need. The front desk and all the staff is very friendly. The problem I had was that I wasn’t advised of the noise and construction that may be happening each day while I’m there. One day I was in the room all day and the drilling and banging, that seemed to be right above my room, was going on from 11am until 4pm. I already had anxiety and was a bit depressed so this hotel during the day was meant to help me rest and relax, but that day was gruesome for me and since I booked through Hotels.com and it was cheap I didn’t ask for refund. However, I hope I can get some credit back because no hotel guest should be subjected to constant drilling and loud banging for 5 consecutive hours.

The buffet is of low quality: UNSANITARY with the lack of proper serving vessels, and the food items are not replenished often enough.
I went to the buffet at 9:20 one morning and there were no scrambled eggs, there was one boiled egg, and not enough yogurt drink for even one glassful. Breakfast time was infinitely better before the buffet was created. Don’t worry: I still like staying at your hotel because of the hood hotel staff members.

I’ve been staying at 656 lacto for the past 25 years and the place looks identical as 25 years ago. No upgrades whatsoever. I enjoy staying there cause the cost is not bad and the location is perfect. Cleanliness of room is not the greatest, especially bathtub was dirty. Everything else was ok but not the greatest. Breakfast is good but we get eggs every single day and no meats at all. Eggs, either boiled or scrambled, bread, coffee, juice and fruits. Breakfast it’s included so really can’t complain about that, just wish we could get some kind of sausage, or something similar to bacon to start the day. Overall, good and somewhat cheap place to stay

Mi vuelo de conexión era por la noche, asi que llegué antes del check-in solicitando que si posea entrar dos horas antes, pues solo iba a ocupar el hotel 05 horas para descanso, sin embargo no se permitió, con un trato cortante y nada amable. He estado en varios hoteles en Miraflores en la misma situación y todos me han dado esa facilidad con mucha amabilidad
