Great stay at Cusco for value and distance from Plaza de Armas, very nice structure and architecture, comfortable rooms, excelent shower and a great breakfeast.

This place is a very traditional construction from the old homes in Cusco, it has been totally renovated, and they did a very good job at maintaining all the details on the materials used and making the place feel in a very unique building.
When it comes to the property and Staff, it is a comfortable place with all the amenities you may need, they have a really good complementary breakfast with a nice variety of foods, including local food presented with a nice culinary touch that give you the opportunity to taste their traditional dishes.
Their personal are always friendly and attentive to help you in any way you may need and make you feel at home.

Lovely staff very accommodating, called a cab for us, stored our luggage for several days, complimentary tea/coca tea 24/7 and breakfast. However, there were cleanliness concerns-hair in the shower and ants in the bed. Wifi was spotty. Very close to the centre square -6 min walk- safe area. Would recommend for a mid range budget.

I had an amazing stay in this property in two separate occasions. The staffs were amazing and very accommodative. The room was very comfortable and amazing. Breakfast was awesome. Restaurant food and staff were just 5 stars. The only gripe is, I did not get the VIP perks/benefits as a Gold member of Expedia. But in the end I am really glad that I picked this hotel.

The hotel is fantastic. It is on a quiet, safe street about a 10 minute walk from the plaza. The staff speaks English and was always available to help with anything we needed.
The hotel atmosphere is wonderful and buffet breakfast features omelettes to order and barista coffee. We got a room with a sitting room and bathroom on the first floor and a sleeping loft on the second. My only complaint is that wifi would not work in our room.
Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.
