The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower took a while to get warm but eventually gets warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're in Ica!

Clean hotel, basic facilities but new and modern. Great location as the shopping centre is opposite it. Paid extra 25 soles p/night for air conditioning in a single queen bed room. The rooms look onto another room with the windows, so privacy was a issue if staying in the room for the whole day (without getting daylight). Breakfast was delicious with fresh hot bread! Best bread so far! They were very strict with checkout times, and staff could have been friendlier without typing in caps with the refusal of late checkout. Service of the man could be improved, but the ladies were very nice.

Staff was helpful and it was clean. A mini fridge in the room would be nice. The worst part is the noise. If you are a light sleeper, it may be difficult for you to sleep. There is almost zero sound proofing. Anytime anyone in the hotel closes their door, talks, or sneezes you will hear it. If you have a room on the front of the hotel, the traffic noise will be VERY loud. Overall it's a good place to stay, we got used to the noise, but I did refuse the room with the traffic noise, I am lucky they had another available room.

We've been given a room that intermittently smells like sewage, smelly sheets, and a door lock that doesn't work. The breakfast was meh, but staff friendly. The location is dodgy. Buildings facade looks modern and new, don't be fooled by it. I can't believe I've paid $100 / night for this

Disaster! Booked 2 rooms on Hotels.com for 3 days of meetings with a tight schedule. We specifically picked a hotel in the center of town that would be easy for meetings. The website showed five or six rooms available. When we arrived, the front desk told us is that NO rooms where available. We asked very directly why there were no rooms, and why they would have booked rooms to us, and we showed them our confirmation number. They really did not have any answer. The front desk clerk called to find another hotel. He then called a cab and said he would pay the cab driver to take us to the other Hotel. We ended up on the outskirts of town, in a much different hotel, in a much different area. And then the cab driver asked us for fare because he had NOT been paid by the first hotel. Overall, we spent an hour and a half after a 5-hour bus ride trying to get to a hotel. And the rest of the trip was very difficult because our meetings have been scheduled around the location. I suggest you stay elsewhere. Very small hotel and obviously their booking system does not work.
