Extra-person shall be charged Php4,500.00nett per adult (from 12 years old +) per night; Child (6 to 11 years old) shall be charged 3,500 per child per night. To be charged upon arrival to the island. Child 5 years old and below sharing a bed with adult/s stay for free and shall be extended a complimentary breakfast; ala carte orders will be charged accordingly. If a child/children require/s a separate bed, extra bed rate will apply. Van Transfer for Arrival and Departure is included in the room rate however it is limited to Lio (El Nido) Airport to wharf (vice versa) or within El Nido town only and depending on the accessibility of the requested pick up or drop off location. For guests coming to Puerto Princesa, land transfers to El Nido may take 6 hours, can be arranged thru our Front Office with an additional transfer cost. Boat Transfer from El Nido Main Land to Cauayan Resort (vice versa) for Arrival and Departure is approximately 20 minutes of travel time. The last trip from El Nido Mainland to Cauayan Island Resort is at 5:00 PM. In compliance with the Philippine Coast Guard regulations, night Sea Travel is not allowed. Roundtrip boat transfers are included in the room rate but subject to the following boat schedules: Arrival (El Nido Pier to Cauayan Island Resort) 9:00 AM 1:00 PM 4:30 PM 5:00 PM Departure (Cauayan Island Resort to El Nido Pier) 6:00 AM 9:30 PM 1:30 PM 2:30 PM CANCELLATION POLICY: Force Majeure: In case of fortuitous events or any condition directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statuses of Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and acts of God which is beyond the control of the resort, Cauayan Island Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, including unused rooms and missed flights, some of which may result in missed international connections. CAUAYAN ISLAND RESORT shall not REFUND PAYMENT for failure to execute arrangements specified herein However, rebooking is possible within six (6) months from the date of cancellation, subject to room availability.
