It's in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to get to walking from the airport and the staff were fantastically helpful, amicable and transparent about fees etc .

The staff is not friendly, when we go inside the room look like they didn't clean, linen is itchy, TV is not working, wifi also terrible, and have cockroaches. Bad experience ever. I will not comeback here next time!

Location near International Airport Terminal 3, great but you cannot walk as there's no access across the boulevard as it is blocked by fencing. Have to hire a taxi. Overall, in general, hotel OK. Bad thing was no hot running water. The TV malfunctioned and would not connect to the router/internet. Reported it but service was slow. If not for its location so near to Terminal 3, I would not stay here again.

Favila Condotel has been my go to stay whenever I'm in Manila. Whether alone or with friends. Accommodation is superb. The place is very nice and very convenient. Easy to transact too.

Needs an upgrade. Customer service is bad, waited 2 hrs before check-in. Staff came in sando shirt and couldn’t find our booking, seems like didn’t know what to do. Bed wasn’t made up. Linens are old, there were 4 of us only 3 pillows were provided, not enough blankets as well. Tried calling the # listed but no answer. Only good about this place is the location.

It was an ok stay. But there were no microwavable plates, frying pans, so we weren't able to maximize kitchen use. The sheets also had stains.
