The staff, all of whom spoke English, was very helpful and welcoming. The facility was clean, but it is located on a major road. After about 5:00 am the noise of the traffic became very loud. So you have to plan your sleeping schedule accordingly. The free breakfast was limited on the selection. It was mostly Filipino food. This hotel is great if you want to have a more local environment as opposed to a tourist resort.

When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggages and no one was on the desk. I waited for at least 5mins then the guy came letting me know she was on break. I had to wait another 3mins. The place was awful plus the customer service was horrible. I will not be coming back for sure
