The blue lagoon, where the resort is located was indeed splendidly beautiful and breathtaking. The resort was strategically located and built in such a way that you get picture perfect view. The staff were quite helpful and kind. The only downside is that the rooms' AC were window type, which were horribly loud! I didn't get to sleep well on all the nights we spent there due to the irritating noise and vibration from the AC. The rooms were also quite small, no table to put stuff on, not even a small chair or stool to sit on. It had hot shower, but water pressure was so low that it often turns off. Breakfast is also not included in the room rate and was quite pricey. However, food was quite decent and fairly priced. There are a number of water sports and activities that are conveniently located right in front of the resort. I will probably still come back despite the inconveniences because the scenery and view is still worth it!

There’s no doubt that the place is excellent. The employees (room service) are very accommodating and compassionate but the office staff’s needs a little or minor improvement because they don’t even offer a seat even with the available waiting area existing. A little hospitality of telling the guests to seat for a while while waiting for the guide will be highly appreciated. Or any ad lib to alleviate the anxiety of waiting in their office, but it’s understandable with the demand and volume of guests during our stay.
Our major concern is the bathroom in our respective rooms.
The yellowish accumulated dirt/germs/molds in between the tiles is stressful. We feel the need to pour alcohol or spray disinfectant because we all have bathroom in our home so we all know that what we saw in their bathrooms are germs hibernating in their bathrooms. Maybe the supervisors need to be re evaluated for they seem not to see the obvious negligence of employees in maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
We don’t have other major issues but the dirt filing up in between the tiles in the bathrooms, above all, we had fun and we are planning to go back next year!

Options between Great and Bad is restrictive. The beach is great. The amenities at Hanna's is good... it's the room that is not okay. Comfort room emits foul odor, maybe due to poor plumbing. Water in the faucet is salty. Restaurant is okay but we opted to eat outside due to price variance. It's really the CR smell that is my main issue.
Ambiance is okay. We may return next summer if they can fix the CR smell and the salty water in the faucets.
Overall, it was a nice vacation... after all we went to Pagudpud to experience the beach and point of interest in the area.

We had a great family vacation at Hannah’s! The staff were very kind and courteous and the place was amazing. You could find all the facilities and amenities you’ll be looking for in a resort hotel. Thanks to Traveloka! Highly recommended ❤️
