Staff nice clean rooms

The hotel is surprisingly quiet considering its location, however it is expensive. We did enjoyed our breakfast getting serenaded by the chirping of the birds.

Room was very clean and comfortable to sleep.

Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano . Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged. Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles Nest and in the hotel . Everyone is caring good listener, helpful. They all smile at you The hotel could have been nice . It’s has the resort aura but when I saw infront of it was gasoline station First impression was I made a mistake. Accessibility to every where you want to go is a plus.

Room was clean but could use a facelift. Could use a screened sliding door to deter insects from coming in when sliding door is open. Very nice staff.

Room is in good condition. Shower, water pressure kinda weak it could be better if have more pressure. Housekeeping and bellman are well mannered and friendly. I have enjoyed my entire stay and will be back again.

Clean, great staff, large room, very beautiful bldg. My only 2 things that could do with improvement; - The room has no compendium or instructions for anything. I didnt know what services were available, food or anything. - The restaurant staff definitely need training in service. They have no idea about being attentive and communication. That said I would still stay there again.

Just love the resort feeling of staying there! Staff is very accommodating and friendly! Excellent customer service! Food at Eagle's Nest was also delicious! Our second time staying there and definitely not the last!

Excellent stay! The staff were so kind and accommodating, the rooms spotless and spacious. Loved the restaurant’s food options and the breakfast included was a bonus. The new expansion looks beautiful — you can tell they care about the guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive customer service — it really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The connected restaurant, Eagles Nest, offered a fantastic selection of food, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day. We also loved seeing the beautiful new expansion — it adds a fresh and modern touch to the property. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again!
