Majestic Puraran Beach Resort don't deserve 5 stars, because it should be more than that. The place itself is truly majestic - the scenery from your balcony to the backyard. My boyfriend and I loves the hammock where you can rest and just chill and enjoy seeing the beach. And when you're inside the nipa hut, you'll see a relaxing green farm at the windows. All the staffs are very friendly-they treat you like family, they even invited us to join beach volleyball right after we arrived in the resort. Plus, their service is personalized. Ms. Kissy attended to our requests/needs as if we're VIPs. Food are all tasty and they have big servings! We ended up staying for 2 nights instead of just 1 night. Catanduanes is our dream place turned into a reality. For all of the hotels/inns/lodges we've been to almost 35 provinces in the Philippines, Majestic Puraran Beach Resort is now our favorite-the place, food, value for money and the kind people. All these are the reasons why we'll definitely come back.

We really had a nice stay at this place. Room is clean. Very serene and quiet place. You can have your own privacy as well as you can mingle with other people. They offer welcome drinks and they also have a small resto where you can order food. Food is kinda pricey, since it's far from the city. But their food tastes good and well presented. Or if you want to spend less, we bought food in the resort which we bought outside. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. 😊

The room provided to us was not ready. No bedsheets & pillow covers. It was only covered upon our arrival to the room itself. CR has no lock. We then requested to transfer to A/C room, but the A/C room was smelly as it has no proper ventilation. Although, the room was spacious that goes beyond our expectations.
