The mattress is clean and comfortable, strategic location in front of Robinson Mall and near Pedro Gil station. Many restaurants, bars and convenience stores. professional and responsive employees. It's just unfortunate that the water died at 11 pm to 6 am and the toilet wasn't clean. Overall suitable for backpackers

The staffs are kind and really accommodating.
The reception or lounge area is nice and comfy while the rooms are all clean and the bunk beds are nice too and they even have their own electrical outlets, electric fans, lights, and exhaust fans. They also provide free lockers outside the rooms.

Clean and very accommodating staff. It's just hot aircondition maybe because summer is starting. It was so relaxing because there is also an affordable room in manila haha I was surprised about the concep, I did enjoy my stay super. I would highly recommend it to my friends :) power pa wifi! Super difficult

The toilet and the shower are full of cockroaches, very disgusting. They allow to occupy all the capsule room even if there is a protocol to make the occupancy half from the original 14 bed capacity but when I checked-in the bess are almost full like we are 9-10 in the same room.

Tambayan is a very strategic place in front of the Robinson Mall and other entertainment venues and can walk to Manila Bay and Intramuros. There is live music at the cafe even though it is not a weekend. The room is clean and the toilet is often cleaned but unfortunately the availability of water is so alarming that I have to go to the Robinson mall toilet ... for Muslims who have to perform ablution very troublesome at all with very limited water

The check-in process is fast, but only have to check in at 2 pm Manila time. Deposit 1000 pesos, clean rooms, comfortable room, all the friendly officers and always greet guests.

The receptionist was exceptionally give amendments on my request to go on lower deck. The staff was nice and courteous. May we meet again.

It was okay. The room didn't smell considering that we were 8 in the room. The restroom was quite far from the room that we stayed into. The only thing that bothers us was boys and girls were mixed in the same room.

Perfect place for backpacker. Very near to convenience store, Pedro Gil station and Robinson Galeria. They have a live music bar upstair, can be heard from the room but still acceptable.
