The apartment has poor lightings and air conditioning was not cool enough. Bed linens and towels look soiled. The units has to be maintained well.

Although the entire place was clean, my experience was not a delightful one. Don't expect a welcome drink upon arrival. They don't offer such. I know this is not a hotel per se, but I've been to other managed residences who made me feel like I'm in a hotel. I had to buy my bottled water. Also, you can't make your coffee because there's no kettle to use. When evening came, I noticed the lighting at the living area is way too dim, even when I had to turn the lights on in the dining area. When it's time to take a shower, the water heater is not working despite having changed the settings to the highest. But the frustration didn't end there.

A well furnished lobby for pretenses. Room looks straight from the horror movies where the main characters stay in a dingy motel.

The room was not clean properly, the kitchen utensil was not complete, barely had any hot water, the air con was so noisy and the staff was not friendly at all. Will never gonna stay in the apartment again.
