The room's quite spacious however the bunked is a bit small esp for someone who's like 5'5 onward tall? The resort should consider those tall and big individuals. It's nice there's a drying area on the back, if you consider staying for days you can opt washing your clothes, the room should have a portion wherein you can hang clothes properly and a complimentary water for its guests 😅also, the staff should prepare the room before its guests arrives even if they check in very very late. Plus, network signal is quite hard... I mean it's good but what if you're into R & R as well as on a business travel? The resort should look into putting a wifi connection on the public places like the food hall not just on its reception area. Additional parking spaces. Also, more items on the menu please. 😊

I wasn't able to stay at the resort because of unforeseen circumstances but I'm hoping to be in the resort next time

The worst I should have listened to people's comments. People in the resort are nice however everything is bad. Too many mosquitoes, no staff when we arrived they asked all the staff to go home and they told me they didn't received or expected a guest on that day, food is quite expensive and not even on its value. Demanded one pax for my 3 year old son which is fine but at least they should have prepared my room? I arrived 5:30pm and room was prepared by 7:30pm and there's no guest

Super hospitable staff. They will really take care of you. Good place to unwind. He's not crowded. We will definitely go back to this resort!
