Excellent value and great central location. Short walk from alot of the main tourist attractions. Room was clean and had everything i needed! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! :-)

Was good location, just 100yrds from city circle. Starbucks around the corner. Zabko, little store there as well. Restaurants close by. Very nice

Do not book this property if you have more than a small suitcase, young children or are over the age of 45. The room looked nothing like the picture we were on the third floor and had to go up 85 stairs. Yes, the bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way because it hit the bed. There was no place to sit other than on the edge of the bed or hard wooden chair when you sat on the toilet your knees hit the sink.

Excellent stay, great location, very clean and everything you would expext provided. Brilliant communication with the team before and during our stay. They also arranged airport transfers. Slightly clearer entry instructions and how to order breakfast but very minor issues l!

Well we had booked three comfort studios Paris one bedroom, which we booked a year in advance. The rooms were hardly comfortable, they were extremely small (couldn't swing a cat). We all lived out of a suitcase for the entire duration as the cupboard space was minimal, no draws at all. Falling over our suitcases was a common occurrence through the night. We tried to explain to reception via phone whether it would be possible to move to a larger room, not possible apparently. The bathroom was that small you had to have the door open whilst in there, when seated on the toilet your knees touched the wall. The so called futon wash inded a stained mattress on the floor, unmaid, in a bunk style area with an unclimable, dangerous metal ladder, which was painful on the bottom of your feet. The pillows in the rooms were also stained yellow, the maid didn't enter the rooms for the whole time we were there, we were forced to bag our rubbish, and we left the bag outside our room because it was unhigenic to leave it on our floor, it was never removed. Our towels should have been changed after 3 nights according to their itinerary, not the case. Tea/coffee was never topped up, and toilet roll ran out. Overall the hotels.com adverting images, and information advertised misrepresented and misleaded the customer. (Deception). I personally believe these apartments should not be advertised on your website as it damning your good reputation.

Great walking distance to town and university. There are many great restaurants, convenience stores and coffee places nearby. Highly recommend!

Nice area, close to market square. Very small room n no elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor.

Amazing location. Clean, tidy and modern. Only downside was 103 stairs up to the property and no lift. Fine for us but not so good for others.

Wonderful stay, the accommodation was lovely' in a great location. The Apartment kept us well up to date and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Very clean modern apartments. Staff were very helpful in organising trips to Auschwitz and Zakopane. Easy check in out of hours.

Looks nearly brand new... clearly spent some thought on the whole place

The apartment is brilliant value for money. Only complaint for the full trip would have been they’re aren’t any instructions from the hotel on how to use the heating.

Just over the road from the old town, this hotel was a great find. Very helpful staff before and during our stay, and the room was very comfortable, warm, and stocked full of many things to keep you self-sufficient in Kraków. Only downside is that the rooms do face the street and it can be fairly loud if you’re not a deep sleeper but easily rectifiable with some earbuds! Would definitely book again!
