Very To reach the intendant. Spoke only polish very difficult understand, we wrote them for some problems but no answer. Over all very very bad experience. Forget this place @$/^&

It was clean, affordable and in a good location. Ideal for a single traveller or a couple on a budget.

This is a very nice apartment, with up-to-date furnishings. There is a great view from the livingroom/bedroom. There is a balcony! Great for overlooking the Palace of Culture. The kitchen was somewhat equipped---there were no eating utensils, so that was not good. However, there was a washing machine, and this is a real plus! This apartment is truly in the middle of everything, and yet it was not noisy. The lady at the registration desk (when I checked in) was very helpful. The area felt safe. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

I'm glad you asked, I was about to write a letter to Hotel.com, anyway, when I booked this property, I was never told that I was supposed to call someone to bring the keys and show me the property, when I arrived to the property, to the address on the booking, totally confused tired , never saw anyone notes on the door info etc etc.. I had someone call the number I had, they did not speak English, not even one word, per the people helping me, I was told this person would be coming in about 5 minutes, it took 30 minutes, I could not communicate with her, not one word in English, she took me to the apartment and grab some paper enclosed in a plastic cover, by the way, the apartment was not at the building for the address of the booking, it was 2 buildings down the street. Anyway, the apartment was, to say the least very unattractive and totally the opposite to what the photos show when booking it. well, stayed there one night as booked, I came back 4 days late for the second night, on my way to Warsaw from Sopot, 30 minutes before arrival, my friend called the office to have someone be there with the key, well I arrived at the address, waited , waited, about an hour I asked someone a stranger to call the number and again they say 5 minutes and she would be there, the same woman, as the first time, no English and rude, we went to the room and she gave me the instruction sheet under the plastic and then left, 45 minutes later knock on the door and she came in with a phone

Nice apartment in the heart of the city. At the top floor so the views are amazing.

Excellent place to stay! We were here for New Years, staying on the 15th floor with a perfect view of the fireworks. It was amazing!

A nice option for those who want to stay close to city centre.

Nice modern looking apartment, could do with some alterations. E.g. No toilet roll holder, bigger duvet covers, more comfortable bed, exterior door handle basically hanging off, ( we feared that we may come back to find somebody had removed the door handle) Location is extremely central and within walking distance of town centre. Please don't be put off by the exterior of the building or the walk internally up to the properties front door. It's nice once inside.

The rooms were clean, reception and check-in was as agreed beforehand. Great location, close to the railway station and city centre. The only issue was with the door lock which was very difficult to open, the owner should inform guests about this problem in advance to avoid disappointment.

Air conditioner was not adequate to cool the whole place. We were there in a heat wave. It was an apartment so hotel service was not relevant. Could not beat the location!

We had a great stay for 2 days & nights, truly a home away from home. The apartment we got was at the top 15th floor, very well maintained and even elegant, with a kitchen and great views. The lady who met us at the office was extremely helpful both when we moved in and also when we were moving out and had to store some luggage. The location is central, close enough to attractions, and the area is very pleasant and quiet. There is a small supermarket just steps from the front door, so we bought and cooked our own food. Various other shops are in the area, and a major mall is ~10 min away near the main train station. A subway station is 5 min away, although we didn't use it because most destinations were within walking distance. Just beware when arriving to the "office" for the 1st time: taxi drivers tend to stop at the northern end of the building on Bagno street #3, whereas the entrance is at the southern end of the building (just ~50 meters away). Overall: no complaints at all, would happily stay there again.

This was a basic studio apartment with a stocked kitchenette, a smallish main room adequate for 1 person, a bit of a squeeze for 2. The bathroom is also very small, but usable. The key draw for this place is the fantastic location in the heart of downtown Warsaw--it's next to the Metro and a short walk to Warsaw Central. You can easily walk to other sights as well like Old Town Square, Nowy Swiat, and the Royal Palace. It's not fancy, but perfectly fine for anyone who wants budget friendly lodgings and a good base for sightseeing.

Lucky I had airport pick up as the apartment is not what is on bookings. com just 5 minutes drive away, not good information, re entry to appartment, she spoke zero English would not recommend staying

Apartment was comfortable enough for a short stay.Fantastic location in a heart of the city.

This was a family trip and the location was great. Slide out sofa bed in the living room and a kitchen. Great deal for the price and next to the metro and central train station. Hard Rock is just 3 blocks away.

Wonderful apartment and excellent idea of a short break in a busy city. I heartily recommend Warsaw and using self catering with Hotels.com as an idea. Perfect

I booked a double bed apartment online. Once i arrived, i was given another one...It was clean, sufficient crockery, washing machine, excellent wifi. The tv had one English speaking news channel, rest were Polish speaking. There is a phone, although i never used it. No aircon, but had heating. Bathroom quite small, a larger guest (100 kg +) would have some trouble squeezing past the radiater and sink to get to the shower cubicle which itself was quite roomy. There is a lift to the apartment, lots of cafes and restaurants, chemists (drugstores), supermarkets, public transports etc.

I was disappionted with this booking. The room was nothing like in the pictures. I had no beds in this apartment, only a pull out sofa, i suffered bad back pains due to the uncomforts design of the sofa bed. The sofa bed was so stiff, i would have been better to sleep on the floor. I paid 237 euro for a 1 studio small room, wen in the pictures shows that i thought i was booking a 2 bedroom apartment. I wont be staying here again.
