Great location. Nice restaurant with good choices of dishes and wines. Nice service. Breakfast is perfect- so many great choices. All choices are nicely prepared and delicious.

Extremely convenient to central train station. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Good gym, sauna and hot tub. Had an excellent couple of meals in the restaurant.

All great, good great, but warning they would not give me conditioner because my room was on the 3th floor.

Good location

Overall, the staff are lovely and helpful. However, my stay was not great (this largely out of the hands of the staff and they did their best to help me). I stayed for 2 nights and had to change rooms twice because of noise: once due to refurbishment work (drilling directly above me) and once due to a disco event taking place a level below. On the second night, a member of staff entered my room at half past midnight and woke me up, presumably because my move hadn't been logged on the system. The hotel has been refurbished recently, and, while the rooms look nice, the new look isnt practical. Instead of bedside tables there are weird stool-type things that have a concave top and a hole in the middle. So you cant put a drink or your jewellery on them because it'll fall over or slip down the hole. The bathroom lighting is terrible and you cant see yourself unless you stand away from the mirror to catch the overhead lighting. The hotel has a water machine on each floor and carafes in each room - eco friendly - but there was no sparkling water on 4 different floors because the CO2 needed replacing. The room temperature is like a furnace and no amount of changing the thermostat will affect it. There were other little niggles, none of which were terrible, but add up to the fsct that this does not feel like a 4* hotel. If you want cheap and cheerful, stay here. If you want 4* service and surroundings, go round the corner to the Intercontinental.

I had to change 3-rooms until I finally provided with a room that is not near their 3rd floor renovation. The 1st was the closest room to the renovation area on the same floor The 2nd was a room was few floors over the renovation area, although I was promised that the room is on the other side of the hotel - away from the renovation. Only the 3rd room as sufficiently away so I did not hear the power hammers. Also, the hotel stop providing electric adaptors. I was forced to go to stores to look for an adapter and couldn't find the correct one. This meant that I couldn't do the work I had to while staying at the hote.

Convenient location, close to shopping center and transportation hub. Clean and cozy hotel. Better soundproofed windows wouldn't hurt, as well as softer bed.

I stay at this hotel many, many times and I like it. It is because it is located in a good place in the center. It has all the amenities and the hotels are super.

Having stayed here before, I knew how convenient the hotel is for the city. It is adjacent to a large shopping mall and the palace of culture & a nice 25 min walk to the Old Town to take in some lovely culture. The hotel is clean, with very friendly staff, only marked down slightly due to some internal renovations going on, which didn’t impact at all, but was less aesthetically pleasing than previous visits in the reception area, but definitely didn’t dampen the experience & would definitely recommend staying there.

Excellent location for shops and transport, we got checked in early which was a bonus, work is being done renovating the foyer but the room are in much more need of a makeover if I’m honest
