Fantastic value and lovely hotel in a good location

Nice and clean room, friendly staff

The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help.

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Pokoj ok, troche głośno, gdyż miałam pokoj od strony ulicy, ale co kto lubi. Pokój czysty, własna łazienka z zestawem ręczników. Idealne miejsce na krotki pobyt.

Simple hotel easy check in

The only thing that I didn’t expect was that we had to pay extra for parking. Other than that - as described.

When I arrived at the hotel, i wondered what I had let myself in for. The driveway from the road to the hotel front door is derilict and needs to be demolished. But once inside it was great, the staff were wonderful, it was quiet and clean. The hotel was excellent valued for money, if I am ever in Bydgoszcz again I will stay here.

Reception staff were excellent and the hotel and room were very clean. It is unfortunate that the hotel is next to a large derelict building. Approaching the hotel entrance at night is a little unnerving in the dark. Perhaps a couple of lights would be comforting.

My stay at Hotel Silver proved enjoyable and comfortable. The immediate area including neighboring building gave a bad impression.

A lovely hotel and a gem of a find. Easy access if using local transport. Tram stop a few hundred metres from the front. direct tram to the main rail station. Friendly staff, and a hearty breakfast served. Room was bigger then I expected and very comfortable. A very good hotel and a bargain for the price

Good comfortable modern hotel not far from the centre and airport. Room was excellent and large with separate room for the kids. Didn’t have breakfast as in basement area and not included in price, extra 29zl each. Downside was the location adjacent a derelict factory and the noisy clients on the hotel steps until we complained!

The picture used is very misleading, clearly edited or use of a special lense ! Once inside all is fine :) Location probably means you need a car.

Nice hotel, friendly welcome and I was allowed to check-in a little early which was really helpful. Room was clean and well stocked, with the temperature being appropriate. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the centre of the city, but there are trams nearby for those who don't fancy the walk. Wi-fi was fast and efficient, with free hot drinks at reception.

My stay at Hotel Silver was nice. The immediate area of the hotel was nothing to brag about. It is right next to what looks like an abandoned warehouse. However, when you get to the front of the hotel, it has a pleasant and inviting exterior. It is set back off the street a bit so the location is pretty quiet. Check in was quick and the gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and spoke English well. Since I arrived late at night he called in a food delivery order for me which was greatly appreciated. PROS: the price of the room for the quality, very good transit connections included bus and direct tram (#5) that stops a short distance away and takes you directly to the main train station, comfortable, decorative furnishings, stylish bathroom, great walk-in shower, good water pressure in the shower, clean/crisp sheets and towels, bottled water provided in room, there is a large shopping center not too far away from the property, strong, consistent wifi signal. CONS: limited English-speaking TV channels (no CNN), drinking glasses in the room were not very clean, there were hairs on the desk and the carpet wasn't vacuumed well, there was not daily room service during the days I was there (unless you are required to hang the sign on the door requesting it) so my towels were not exchanged, no deadbolt on the door, there is a hotel adjacent to the property and their guest were a bit noisy in the parking lot.
