Hotel Szyszko

I just got SEVERELY OVERCHARGED , TREATED BAD AND THE RULES SAID THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED EVERY 3 DAYS they never came to even ask. I was there over 3 days never got no service. I ordered room service 2 times a day and never once came to get the tray. But they ran up there to bring them and double charge me. These folks charged me 100 zoltys for a burger with no onions because im severely allergic to them. When he came back he said he wasn't recooking it because i translated bad. What the heck you run a business and tell a great paying and super tipping customer that. Oh yeah i called the kitchen when they messed up and they hung up on me. Shame. Hotel customer service is TERRIBLE . BUT THE MAN THAT WORKED UNTIL 7AM. HE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL THINK HIS NÀME ardel.

Very comfortable hotel easy reachable with car. Spacious parking! We got an upgrade - really nice room !

The room was absolutely spotless, comfortable beds, great breakfast. I honestly wish I had larger stomach to be able to try all of the delicacies. When I will travel back to Suwalki I will be staying there again.

Parking next to hotel. Odd payment: I thought I already paid via Hotels.com but had to pay on site. Technically correct, just had a different impression. Rather good breakfast. Hotel room was hot. Definietely clean. Overall reasonable place for 1 night stop over.

Arrived late one night. Outstanding staff at front desk: smart and very friendly. Effortless check-in. Good sized room and good bed, but... pubic hairs on bed sheet and very poor "cleaning", with dust on shelves. We slept in light clothing to avoid contact with the sheets. Absolutely awful Internet, the very worst we have experienced in dozens of hotels. To say there is WiFi is totally wrong. Yes, you can grab a few paragraphs on your phone but doing your office email? No way. It took two minutes to load the Expedia home page and then too slow to look up reservations for the next night in a different town. After trying late at night I tried the next morning at 5 AM, in case there were many users late at night. Nope. No go. On the plus side, the front desk staff are really nice people. We left before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they offered to pack us a breakfast to go. It was super, really good and ready to go for us. Checkout was also super fast and efficient. Our car was safe in the lot out front. We were there late and too tired to change rooms, so we did not complain about the dirtiness of the room. It could be this was just an unfortunate exception, but I doubt that as you know when the cleaning crew does a sloppy job like quick wipes that leave behind dust around the bases of lamps, etc. But such terrible, totally unusable Internet really requires a disclosure and not a claim that there is WiFi that does not in practice exist.

The internet speed was at "dial up "speed. The worst I have seen in Eastern Europe. When the cell phone speed is 5 times the hotel internet speed...the hotel has an infrastructure problem. And management was nowhere to be found, even though I ask to speak to the Hotel manager

Went to Suwalki as an exercise to visit the regions of ancestral origins. The hotel was great. Staff was wonderful. Very rusty with English as it went. Not too many English speakers let alone Americans evidently go there. Restaurant was fantastic. Walls were thinner than I'd expect. I'd stay there again.

Great Hotel very close to the A8 road, secure parking, lovely clean spacious hotel, Power shower and good breakfast, will for sure stay here again if Im on the same route.

Kostenloser Parkplatz, sehr gutes Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer

Das Hotel ist ein sehr gutes Reisehotel wo man eine 1 Nacht verbringen kann wenn man eine sehr lange Fahrt macht. Es gibt alles für Reisende. Ein großer Parkplatz, Lademöglichkeiten fürs Elektroauto, ruhige Zimmer sowie ein sehr leckeres Zimmer damit man morgens gut ausgeruht und satt wieder weiterreisen kann.

Alles war super gewesen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Man kann auch sehr leicht sein Elektroauto vor Ort aufladen.

Laudly from the trains and trafic in the night, all another was best.

Hiljainen ja rauhallinen hotelli. Hyvät parkkipaikat, niitä on runsaasti. Hyvä aamupala. Siisti hotelli, rauhallisella alueella. Olimme toista kertaa tällä Euroopan matkallamme tässä hotellissa. Voin suositella lämpimästi.

Ihana huone, jossa erinomainen sänky. Herkullinen ruoka ja aivan mahtava aamiainen. Hotellissa oli samaan aikaan häät, hotelli kertoi asiasta etukäteen ja sijoitti meidät ylimpään kerrokseen. Selvisimme häiriöttä!
