Fantastic welcome, and service. Fantastic breakfast - a lot of choice of fresh fruits, breads, omelettes, pancakes, meats, juices. Rooms were clean and nicely presented. Great staff. Thank you on behalf of the whole team that stayed here from the UK

Very basic room amenities. No safe, fridge, toiletries, mirror, extra pillows or blankets. Iron and board only on request. Breakfast was very good and staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel has a parking place, but it is very narrow. And it is not free. They will let you know about that only after you drive in from the gate and take a receipt that you need to show in the reception. English of the receptionist was well enough. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Bed was horrible, because it was way too soft. Someone might like it though. Wi-Fi worked fine. I have been to several ibis Styles hotels in Poland and so far this was the worst.

A really pleasant hotel which was well located for my purposes. There is a bus stop right outside for easy access. Reception was quick and helpful. I decided to eat at the hotel and the food was well cooked and delicious.

I liked the hotel, the staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable however, the mattress was very soft and I had a stiff back after my 2 nights stay.

Kids were so happy with the big family room and such many toys and fancy kids too decorations.
My 6 years son asked me to write wall to thank the hotel for this wonderful room.
Breakfast is really good.

We stayed at the Orbis Magura primarily because of location. We needed to be close to my partners parents, who happen to live around the corner. We didn't use any restaurant/breakfast facilities as a result, and so I can only comment on the room and the overall service and location. The room was bigger than I expected, clean and tidy with basic provisions. I found service to be very good (particularly in Poland where great service can be hard to come by), the attendant was very understanding when I managed to destroy a lampshade with a pillow by accident one evening ! (no charge). In terms of room cleaning, the cleaners forgot to clean our room on our last day, but overall was very good. Location (if you are looking as a tourist) it isn't central and would need a taxi to the town, however a great shopping centre with cinema/restaurants is located just across the intersection, with a small supermarket adjacent to the hotel.

The hotel was in a run down area the staff said if you want your vehicle to stay safe you need to put in secure Parking which they charge you for. The room where in need off refurbishment with old carpeted floors and old beds .

Ten hotel jest bardzo fajny, ma przystanek autobusowy bardzo blisko i autobusy do galerii. Śniadanie może nie w moim guście ale był duży wybór i to co mi smakowało to było pyszne. No i jest kilka sklepów w pobliżu gdzie można sobie kupić cos na szybko.

Dwa noclegi zarezerwowane na kilka godzin przed wyjazdem. Weekendowy pobyt z rodziną w górach i wejście na Lubomir oraz Czupel.
Pokoje mają wszystko czego potrzeba, polecam bardzo dobre śniadania. Na parterze widziałem piłkarzyki i jakieś gry wideo - dobry pomysł na wieczór gdy podróżuje się z dziećmi.
