I booked a 4 night stay here based on the location and reviews and we had the best experience ever. Location was excellent as it is right across the street from a huge mall and the main train station (airport train coming in was under 20mins). Room was clean and modern, and the beds were firm and fresh. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. Wifi worked very well. Not a lot of English channels on TV but we didn’t have much time for TV anyhow. The front desk staff were amazing; super friendly and helpful. When we checked out we were given a Polish pretzel as a souvenir. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Krakow. 10/10

Excellent property. We were concerned about the noise being in such a busy area but it was not an issue. Staff was amazingly courteous & helpful. Transportation was excellent! Close to the main station, a mall & pick/up point for tours. Will definitely return!

Our room was neat and tidy. Plenty of power points and a wonderful air conditioning system. Beds were a little soft but still very comfortable. Breakfast was ok although the omlette lady could use some customer service training!

It was an ideal location. Just minutes walk from the Glowny station and only a short walk to old town. The room was nicely designed and decorated. I had the breakfast included option and it was a bargain. Lots of options and very delicious. Freindly staff upon welcome

This hotel was chosen for proximity to the train station and I’m glad I chose this over the Old Town, my case would be wrecked if I’d wheeled it that far. It was also right where the pick up spot was for the Auschwitz tour, which started at 0600. The room was extremely adequate for the price. Staff were helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Room has plenty of storage, big safe, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet, didn’t hear any noise at night. Loved the design of the hotel, lobby. Breakfast does get busy as there are alot of tour groups staying here- go early if possible. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel in a fantastic location. Very central to the Main Square and old town and all attractions are walkable on foot. In fact it really is in the heart of Krakow! Hotel was very clean, it was nice, very quirky and great amenities - staff were good. For a 4 star hotel I would expect there to be conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom (there isn’t, only shampoo and shower gel) and a TV with free channels (there wasn’t - we had to use YouTube which kept defaulting to Polish). It was good value for money but I’m not sure this hotel is 4 star worthy. The staff were helpful but we felt like we weren’t treated as good as other guests (for example they were giving our bagels and chocolate to all guests and we didn’t get either - we don’t know why!) so there lacks consistency and it also wasn’t very accommodating (I had made a special request for a birthday and it was ignored). I’d stay here again for location and price but nothing compels me to return otherwise but I would thank them for a pleasant stay.

Had an amazing time in krakow, we did loads of day trips eg auschwitz-birkenau, salt mines and zakpone and the thermal baths and alot of sightseeing. Weather was fantastic to. The hotel was really nice rooms were clean and were tidied everyday, the staff were brilliant and couldnt do enough for you. You have to paid a 110 pound deposit for the mini bar which they put back in ur bank after you leave if you dont have anything. The inhouse restaurant is expensive but very nice cheese board and lovely bottle of wine.
