What a lovely hotel. It was so clean and modern and the hotel smells lovely.
The hotel is in a perfect location and is close to lots of restaurants and is attached to a great restaurant/pub (whiskey in a jar) amazing cocktails and food. Would definitely stay here again and fully recommend it

Advertising is misleading as the pool and gym are in the sister hotel : Radisson Blue and there is an extra charge for it too. It should be stated at the start to avoid agro and frustrations for those unaware. So it is a false advertising. But overall hotel is in excellent location and there isnt anything wrong with it as long as you are aware that spa/pool/gym are not in the same building and there is an extra charge.

Booked a family room for two nights got given a standard room on arrival even though I paid for a family. We ended up swapping rooms the second night which was rather annoying as I wanted to unpack and relax in one room for the duration. The spa is an extra charge this was let off due to room issue. Rooms are very pleasant and perfect location.

From the first interaction with the reception staff, I felt welcome. I was surprised with the number of languages the staff spoke. The room was amazing and I couldn't get enough of the soaking tub. I can't say enough wonderful things about the property. I would gladly stay here again.

På hjemmesiden reklameres med spa og fitness, men det findes ikke på hotellet.
Så skal man benytte nabo hotellet Radisson Suites. Men de tilbød kun adgang til fitness til deres egne gæster.

The room was very nice and the beds as well. Very clean. Perfect location. The only bad thing was that the spa was very expensive to use, which I received an e-mail about AFTER I had booked and payed. And that there was also no access to the fitness even though it is stated as if there is.
