The Boat - Hostel&Chill

Stayed for 4 nights over the Easter holidays. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room was comfortable and also had a bathroom with shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. A very short stroll over the bridge to the centre of Krakow.

We were very happy with our stay! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the main square in Kraków, and with a beautiful view of Wawel Castle right from the boat. It was warm and cozy inside, and the experience of staying on a boat was really unique and fun for the whole family. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds! There’s a lovely glass conservatory with a river and Wawel view, and even an aquarium with turtles – such a cool touch. The boat had everything we needed: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, plates – very convenient. The boat was moored securely so it didn’t sway at all – we slept great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to come back. Only positives!

Cheap and cheerful and ideal for a city break. Here to see the city and just need somewhere to rest my head. Was perfect. Not here to spend a fortune on convenience and over priced rooms that I later regret

Som namnet antyder är det hostel, inte hotell. Sängar sköna och rena, badrum helt ok. Då detta är ombord en ombyggd pråm är storleken mindre på allt. Köksdelen var kommunal och mycket charmig på inglasat ombyggt akterdäck. Pråmen är förtöjd nära till allt.

Me surpreendeu, toalhas e roupas de cama muito limpos, atendimento eficiente. Café cortesia, voltaria com certeza.

Hostel en un barco anclado en el río al otro lado frente al Castillo pero sólo a 10 minutos andando del él. Los tranvías y buses están a 2 minutos andando del barco y te llevan a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. La habitación tenía 4 literas pero sólo la habilitan para dos personas. El espacio de las habitaciones para dos personas está bien; para 4 sería ya incómodo. El baño está en suite dentro de la habitación. Es pequeño pero cuco. La ducha amplia pero sin embargo el lavabo muy pequeño que con sólo lavarte las manos se salía todo el agua. Te ponen toalla y jabón para lavarte las manos pero no te ponen champú de baño que se hubiese agradecido. La zona común en la popa del barco tiene una vista muy bonita del castillo y la ciudad. Disponía de kettel para calentar agua, café, te, cacao y azúcar. También tenía de una nevera para dejar comida pero no cocina para cocinar ni nada parecido. No se nota para nada el movimiento del agua, sólo muy de vez en cuando si pasa algún barco cursando el rio que haga olas y estas dan en el barco. Experiencia recomendada.
