The place is very close to town centre. Amazing views from the room. Excellent service and great choice of breakfast. Rooms were tidy and perfectly clean. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone! The weather has changed in literally few hours, however the mountain view was amazing as well as the snow the following day.

The hotel was beautiful and the view was amazing! The lady on reception when we arrived was so friendly and helpful. The other lady seemed annoyed by me but was nice enough. Market and town within 10-15min walk. Plenty of skiing.

Rooms have a lovely view but only was cleaned once on a 5 day stay .

Great location for the nearby slopes and only a short walk into the main town area.
Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable, with good showers - plenty of hot water!
Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of cheeses, cold and warm meats and eggs on offer, but different to a UK breakfast - plenty of options but not cereal/cold milk, toast or fresh fruits if that is what you are looking for.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Property was in good location and was well presented. Slightly disappointed that it was adversities that there was ski storage and also a jacuzzi however on arrival there was neither. This should be updated in the website. The sauna was nice, breakfast was good, bedrooms were clean, tidy and spacious.

Short walk to the ski runs. Short walk to the market only down fall it’s up hill walking back but it keeps you fit.

Willa Jan’s address should be 3B instead of 8A and we missed a turn then went up to residential area which was pretty scary as it was one way only, super narrow and steep. We managed to make a u-turn and arrived at Wills Jan. They have free parking, and even a garage that can be locked at night (limited lots). People were all friendly, and can speak good English, so checking in and out was hassle free. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Overall, we had a good stay. The only slight downsides were that it was about 10-15 mins walk away from the main Kuproski street, and check out was 11am instead of 12pm as stated on hotels.com.

I liked everything about Villa Jan; the location was still close enough to town to walk to the main shops and restaurants (Krupowki Street), but far enough away that it was quiet at night. You will need to take a bus or taxi to reach larger or better ski areas, but this is normal for the area. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the desk staff were always nice and helpful throughout. My only criticism is that, during my stay, the hot tub rarely or never reached 40C, for some reason. In my experience it should not take more than 4 hours to reach 40C even from room temperature. I recommend that someone check in the early afternoon to ensure that it is ready for guests by the mid or late afternoon. Otherwise, the rooms (and everything else) were clean and nice. I did not bring any ski equipment of my own, but there is even a garage which I am sure could be used if you asked.
