I recently stayed at the Hotel Aveiro Center and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the canals and historic sites, making it perfect for exploring the charm of Aveiro.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries, delicious coffee, and even a pancake machine – a great way to start the day!
A few minor points – the street-facing rooms can get a bit noisy in the evenings, and the parking situation can be a little challenging, but these were small inconveniences in an otherwise excellent stay.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Aveiro Center for its convenience, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to this beautiful city.

This was a great hotel. Nice clean room that was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the canal, gondola tours, shopping centre and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. We opted for private parking which was below the nearby mall - the hotel provides a swipe card and directions. A short walk back to the hotel, but felt very safe about leaving the rental car there.

It was in an old building but it had been well maintained. The room was small but functional. There was a very good continental breakfast available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location!

Overall the hotel response for my late reservation was very good. I had arrived in Coimbra by delayed bus 03:00am and I succeed to have a room to sleep. The check in was done smoothly and with the best hospitality.
