Guilherme at concierge, was just the absolute best……he greeted us with a warm smile and was very accommodating. My room was out of body wash and body lotion, not sure how a room is cleaned and ready for new guests without being checked for these things. I would expect it to be checked and refilled after each cleaning. Our stay at Epic Sana Marquês was a bit disappointing to say the least, compared to our stay at the Epic Sana in Albufeira. The mushroom risotto at Allora restaurant was delicious. The bread was cold and would have tasted much better warmed, the fish was bland and so was the tiramisu.

In the blackout in Portugal as a five star hotel they did not have a contingency plan . The ritz had power all through and this was a slap in the face as I stared at it from my hotel window in the dark

Our visit was wonderful! Would highly recommend to stay here. Service is excellent and friendly at all times. Thank you Sandra for helping us find the perfect suite in the hotel which had an amazing view. We booked a premium suite and loved it!
The Italian restaurant Allora has delicious food! We ate there several times and all dishes were incredible. Spa was very enjoyable and relaxing as well. If you have a chance to try the rooftop pool we highly recommend you do so. Gonzalo and Kareem took very good care of us at the concierge desk too. They also helped us order fresh flowers for the room and make reservations.
If you are looking for a private tour, you must ask the concierge to book Bruno! He is absolutely amazing!!! Bruno is very knowledgeable, attentive and speaks excellent English. After our first tour we booked him 2 more times. You won’t be disappointed.
At the end of our vacation we decided to book our transportation to the airport with Bruno. We could have chosen an Uber, which would have been less expensive but we preferred to have Bruno drive us as he exceeded all of our expectations and made us feel truly comfortable.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast is fantastic and convenient. All the staff are extremely professional and helpful. Having the indoor and outdoor pool with a steam room and sauna were fantastic after long days of walking around Lisbon. Everywhere is an easy uber ride away or a quick walk to the Parque Metro Station. If I return to Lisbon I will definitely stay here again.
***Also, if you are a cigar or cigarette smoker, they have a dedicated covered open windowed room away from the bar area to enjoy a cigar. Big plus if you want to have a cigar and not have to stand outside or find a park.

We were so happy we decided to stay at the Epic Sana Marques. From the moment we arrived they were so accommodating. Our flight arrived very early and had hoped a room would be ready totally understanding if it wasn’t. A room was ready we were so happy as we know that this isn’t always possible. The breakfast was amazing plenty of offerings. We did use the facilities at the spa which was also very nice. We didn’t use the roof top pool still a bit chilly however some did. We would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to our fiends and family. Thank you Epic Sana Marques for making our stay enjoyable.
