We reserved a family studio. The room was very spacious and had a working air conditioning! We went in April and the two other hotels we went to before this one thought it was too early to allow AC.. so we had to open the windows and endure the noise in the street during the night. So, we were really happy when we saw that the AC was working at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Belém, which was really nice. They change the towels every 3 days and bedsheets once per week, but it was okay with us since we already change our bedsheets once per week at home and we care about the environment. Otherwise, the room is clean ! The only major downside is that they don't have an elevator so you have to climb a set of steep stairs with your suitcase (we had two 25kg suitcases, so it was a nightmare). They could at least put a ramp to roll our suitcases on. Also, we arrived at 12pm at the hotel and the door was locked. We then learned there is no reception before 3pm and after 8pm. However, once you check in they give you a PIN Code and you can access the building at anytime. The owner, Pedro, is the one at the reception. He is very nice and speak many languages! He was a bit intense/too much and talked a lot at first (our feet were in pain so we couldn't wait to reach our room) but was more discreet and respectful of our privacy in the next days. You'll have to take the bus/metro if you want to go downtown Lisbon and it is generally crowded. I would still go again !

Room with a beautiful garden view and balcony. It was challenging to get hot water in the morning in spite of confirmation of hot water service during the hotel reservations. However Anna in cafeteria finally helped me to get hot water.

Is great neighborhood in the older part of the city

I have mobility issues and since our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator a young female staff carried our bags to our room. Service above and beyond. Manager Pedro was also very welcoming.

I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare.

Stayed one night but it was amazing. In Belem, close to everything.

Subject: Utter Disappointment and Deceptive Pricing Practices I am extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene in a room that costs nearly €300 per night. Finding hair on the bed and floor was unacceptable, suggesting that basic cleanliness was completely overlooked. For this price, I expected a minimum standard of hygiene, yet there were marks resembling stool stains on the bathroom wall, and the towels provided were so worn out they had holes and an unpleasant odor. This level of upkeep is absolutely unworthy of the rate charged. Furthermore, I am appalled by the misleading pricing information. Despite Expedia's assurance that all local taxes were included in the rate, I was surprised with additional taxes upon arrival. The confusion and lack of transparency between your information and that on Expedia feels like a calculated attempt to trap tourists, which is beyond disappointing. Hiding essential information and ignoring basic cleanliness to maximize profits is unacceptable. I genuinely do not know whether to laugh or cry at the standards on display here, but I can say this: it is a sad reflection of how some businesses operate, prioritizing profit over honesty and customer well-being. I had an incredible stay at the Famous Crows Lisbon Suites. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Lisbon Portugal and I would definitely stay here again.

Pedro was an excellent host! Great comfortable rooms. Hotel is secure and in the excellent west end of Lisbon. Absolutely would stay there again!

Really easy to access the property and it's in a nice busy area where you can find easily walk out to food, cafes and many museums and monuments to see. Also great access to transit.

3 security doors to get into room- very safe, Shower “door” on bathtub always leaked onto floor,
