Nice location with a lot to do. I like how our stay at the Garden allowed us to use services of the Music and Lisboa hotels as well.

We stayed for 3 nights . Arrived very early morning, the staff was very kind. Checkin was done quickly. We were able to change clothes and refresh before leaving our lugguage in the storage room.
The room itself is nice, modern looking. It has a minibar, kettle and safe.
Good ocation as bus and metro from/to the airport is just 5 min walk away. Metro to the tourist areas is also 5 min away and 10 min ride. Walking is 30 min away, so it's better to have a transport day pass at 7eur.

Diana at the front desk was very helpful. The bedding was fantastic. Breakfast was included in a wonderful setting. Walk to #1 Hop on Bus was just 2-3 minutes. I highly recommend!

Hotel is located next to a busy city street on a steep hill where 3 lanes of vehicles accelerate up or down the street all day and night. This makes it incredibly noisy - especially if you are on the 2nd floor facing the street. Bring earplugs and noise-canceling headphones and just know what you're in for. However, the location relative to the metro and various attractions of Lisbon was great. I really wish that they closed the street at night so I could get decent sleep. Otherwise, room was clean and staff was excellent.

The hotel features were good. The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection with lots of variety. Staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Thank you

The fridge didnt work properly....we had a powercut the 1st day we got there and the hotel couldnt even off us a piece of bread to eat (hadnt eaten for 24 hours) as everything had shut in the city!
