The room was big and very affordable compared to the other places we book for our trip! We had very thing we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.
The elevators are small and there is construction due to the pink line that causes traffic and makes walking a bit more complicated.

The hotel and sraff are great. Unfortunately the a/c heat isnt working and our room was freezing. They brought up a space heater and extra blankets. The bar/cafe had generous portions and we ate there both days.

The hotel itself is not as central as the distance to the centre implies but the location is ok for the price. Service was very indifferent. Upon check in I asked for a double room - had requested that on the booking too - but was given a twin. I asked for it to be changed as I was solo and only one person staying there ! But they flatly refused - awful customer service - they said as I’d booked via a third party they were not going to change the room - this was pretty poor reasoning.
The bar is tiny I didn’t spend any time there and the breakfast really not worth the €17 price - very basic - the entrance revolving doors were broken so the entrance and reception were somewhat underwhelming. The room itself was a good size. Good bathroom - the temperature control in the room was ridiculous way too hot during the hot days regardless of what temp I chose so I had to sleep with the windows open on most of the nights. Overall this hotel is okay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a nice experience. The property was clean and had a modern, stylish decor that made a good impression. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the stay.
They offer breakfast and also have a bar on-site, which is convenient. However, the bed was a big downside for me — it was very hard and not comfortable at all, which affected the quality of sleep.
While I wouldn’t call it excellent, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for something clean and well-maintained with helpful staff.

Centrally located. It was great that you had parking, but since we had to pay for parking, I would have appreciated better parking stalls. Very tight to get in and out.

Hotel is very well situated near restaurants; near Bom Sucesso market!! We also enjoyed post-dinner cocktails at hotel lounge. The lounge has very decent food- we ate one night as it was raining hard. My son did use the hotel gym and this is something the management could improve!

Nice hotel and a little removed from main hub of activity & dining in Porto. Still this property has easy access to dining/shopping/entertainment by taxi or Uber. We had a good relaxing stay here v
