Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Quality of linens were good.

This property is a bit off from central Lisbon but the property, morning breakfast (variety but Same everyday), staff were happy and very cordial and nice!
We went to Sintra and Alfama/Rosario/and Sintra. So it was a good location

The hotel was very much out of the way. If you dont have a vehicle it would be difficult to stay here. Staff is very accommodating. You can tell that they are fixing things up based on past reviews

Noisy hotel youn hear everything, 2 sinks 1 with a tap that wasn't fixed, shower that soaked the floor had to use a towel to soak the water, toilet roll holder that was more pissed than me and hanging. Smelly bathroom after you flushed.. breakfast was nice though and friendly staff..

DO NOT stay here, parents had a late arrival into Portugal and unfortunately had to stay 1 night out of the 4 night stay I booked for them and immediately had them check out the morning after. It took them over 1hour and 1/2 to locate this place. They are an elderly couple and the pictures online are nothing like where they arrived. This is advertised as a beautiful place and this place is a hostel. I should have gone with my gut instinct when I was contacted by the property that they would not be able to accommodate them because of maintenance issues . I was able to get in contact with them and when I finally spoke with someone they said no worries we can accommodate them with not problem. This place was inconvenient no where close to the city or tourist area. It was 4 walls with a bed a chair and thats all .The taxi from the airport to the HOSTEL was over 50 euros even the taxi driver couldn't find this place. There was no signage . There was a piece of paper stuck on the wall stating that name of this place. For the price that was paid was not worth it . I do not recommend this place at all .

A nice, quiet area away from the city. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful when we had questions, and they made sure that our stay was comfortable. If you have a rental car, this is a good place to stay. Otherwise you will need to call a taxi.

Malik was really nice but the property is not a 4 star bed and breakfast. The property is outdated. Not what it seem online. We needed up not staying there and going to a hotel. For the price, you can get something much better

This hotel is really hard to find, no signage at all.
A lot of the fixtures are of poor quality and fitting and while the staff are nice, the hotel is NOT 4 star and is even called a hostel and not hotel when you arrive.
Very limited in terms or dining as there is no in house food options.
The place is very clean and the beds comfy wire decent shower but that is all the good points.
All in all grand, but very overpriced

Very bad, chekout at half 10. I asked for late chekout and they didn't acept. I had to leave at that time to travel at 21PM.
