Great hotel would stay here again

Staffs naver support the blackout problem and they do their best to make money using the blackout situation.. espesually The dinner buffet..

The property was very clean and maintained well. Catching a taxi was very easy right outside the hotel. It wasn’t a very walkable location but there were a few restaurants around. It’s a great location for our layover in Lisbon.

Wonderful hotel, we were not familiar with the geography so we booked this hotel north of the city center, but in retrospect would have booked somewhere closer to the city center. But access to public transit was very convenient about 5 min walk from the hotel, and it was a short bus/train ride to most places, the train to Sintra also goes directly from the station next to the hotel. The hotel also has a limited shopping options on site, so you would have to take advantage of nearby grocery stores during business hours. On the plus side, the rooms were generously sized and the lobby is small but very nice and green, and we spent a decent amount of time just hanging out in the lobby listening to the piano, and having snacks drinks etc

I got what I paid for. Good service. However the king matress did need an upgrade or replacement. Sagging badly. Hotel is not new but acceptable condition. Great staff and full breakfast. Nice lobby. Had power failure in Portugal and Spain, but hotel had back in common areas which is excellent sign of service quality.

The hotel entrance & checkin desk areas has a good decorations, smell great & staff were good 👌. Unfortunately, we find that restaurants is somewhat not so great. The restaurant/cafe on the ground floor especially needs to have a better trainings with customers services, served with smiles, Food orders takes correctly, serving wine with glasses without guests left waiting and had to asked for it. Bedroom is nicely decorated. But, Bathroom in our rooms haves bad drainage issues with terrible odours. Shower head doesn't stay up led to water sprayed everywhere when turned on. Bathroom door stopper metal put on a weird spot right in the middle where foots gets in and out of the bath which could caused injuries if not looked down carefully when gets out of the bath. As, a 4 stars I expected better.

Our stay was wonderful. The only minor complaint is about the soaps in the bathroom. We had 3 body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. We left all 3 of them on the counter after our first night in hopes that the maid would notice but no luck. Otherwise the staff and hotel facilities were great.

Although the rooms are dated they are clean and the staff friendly. Not a great tourist hotel as a long way from popular areas but Ubers are cheap and plentiful.

Very brief stay, it was convenient to airport and railway. Breakfast was decent. Liked the hardwood floors in the room. Elevators were efficient.

The room is old. AC thermostat is very old manual and not digital. King size bed sunk when you sleep on it. Lamp shades all over the room to make it brighter to see. Hotel room is outdated. Flooring squeaks when u walk on it.
