It was really cute, we arrived too late for the hot tub. The lady that checked us in was wonderful and very helpful. Right across the street from the pools. Lady I. The morning was not as friendly but okay. We would stay again.

We had been to Porto Moniz on several occasions previously but never stayed overnight. The Salgueiro is centrally located with free street parking nearby and we received a a fine welcome. Our room was a good size but the balcony overlooked a construction site. However the breakfast items were fresh and tasty and included. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant both nights but the fish had seen too much butter/oil and the meat was much better. It proved an ideal location to relax for a couple of days in between touring and walking in Madeira and we'll certainly come back.

Camera n 108 con terrazzo ad angolo, vista magnifica sull oceano. Pulizie direi più che soddisfacenti, bagno spazioso e doccia enorme, colazione piú che suff. con uova, bacon, salsicce,un tipo di formaggio, tre di salumi, banane, yogurt, due tipi di torte, brioche, ect. Personale gentile, ci ritornerei. Cambierei la porta del bagno
