Room was too warm regardless of how low thermostat was set. Black mold around shower base. Staff was helpful & friendly.

Happy with our choice of hotel, would stay again.

Nice hotel if you looking for a place close to the airport. The worst in this hotel is the AC which cannot be controlled in the room, it is a central AC. The room was extremely hot. Would not go back for that reason.

Close to two metro stations, train station and supermarket. The hotel is clean, quiet and safe, except the room is small.

Looking for a quiet, clean room in a decent area. This is the place. Staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Very nicely located in the suburbs of the city in the neighborhood of the upscale hotel chains. Just a few minutes away from the Metro station and a park. To reach the hotel by walking from around it has a little nice hike. Reasonable priced restaurant with local & international dishes. Staff is superbly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Staff at reception were very good. Only a short walk to local transport links. Good restaurants close to the hotel.

We found it really great price and quality for a 2 star hotel. Clean, staff speaks English well and is very helpful, it was quiet and beds were very comfortable. 24 hours restaurant on site is a huge plus, even though portions were quite small and pricey, but it was delicious. Very comfortable location for the bus station. Will be back again.

This was our first trip to Lisbon and stay at ibis Lisboa José. We were are aware the location was a bit out of the main area, but with traffic it ended up being a lot farther to see the nearby sights than expected. The only thing we really liked was the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, didn't seem sparkling clean but decent. The room was very small. There was a lot of things we expected for a hotel room that were absent, no coffee machine or kettle, no mini fridge, there was no plug ins beside the bed so you need to charge your phone by the window. The room was so tiny that you could only open one luggage at a time and had to keep everything zipped up or you couldn't walk around the room. It didn't feel like a hotel room, it felt like a hostel that was 10x the cost of a hostel. Overall for the nightly rate we expected more. We were limited as we were travelling with a pet, they are pet friendly so that was a plus! But there was a large pet fee which was also a negative. I wouldn't stay here again.

This room was way too small for 3 people - you couldn't even get around furniture and the air was not working - actually they wouldn't let you control it yourself so we had to open the window and it was extremely noisy. Also only one flat pillow provided per person. Do not recommend and would not stay again.

Everything was excellent.

Basic accommodation, but very clean and quite a good location--aside from the planes flying low overhead at all hours. Food in the ground-floor restaurant was mediocre at best. We had dinner there once; other nearby restaurants are a much better choice.

Great place away from noisy streets of Lisboa. In front, you can catch the hop on Hop off bus. Underneath Parking is just 9 Euros a night.
