We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, generosity, and genuine care. Every member of staff — from the front desk to the incredible porters — went above and beyond to make our stay feel special.
There were so many lovely complimentary touches: chocolates, pastries, even souvenirs — it felt like we were constantly being surprised and looked after. My daughter was treated with such kindness and attention; it truly made the experience unforgettable for both of us.
Having stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world, I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. While there were a couple of very minor things (the bathroom could have used a little more ventilation, the indoor pool was on the chilly side, and a few pillows were a bit lumpy), they were small details that didn’t take away from what was an otherwise perfect stay.
We are already planning to return next year and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you again for such a magical stay — 10/10!

Friendly professional staff, lovely rooms, clean and clarins products. Gym and spa area was very clean and perfect for a chilled hour or so. Easy and convenient location. Definitely recommend

Overall we had a great time at the hotel, and the facilities were good, spa for example. However, if we had one observation, food at breakfast was never hot, tepid at most and the coffee in reception (nice touch by the way) was most of the time cold.

Lovely peaceful hotel with great staff and service. Near ti metro station and easy easy walking to other areas - highly recommended - especially the Clarins skincare products in the bathrooms - excellent.

The hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly, the food and drinks were excellent. There were very nice touches such as free tea, coffee and biscuits in the reception.
Overall would highly recommend this hotel after we had an excellent stay!

The hotel is directly in the Central,you have access to shopping mall,food courts and restaurants.Its 15 mins drive away from the airport. The hotel itself is amazing i will rate it a 5 star.The food is amazing

AMAZING! If I have to describe the hotel in just one word it would be: details. It’s amazing how little things can make such a big difference! They get us with a hot towel to clean our hands and a cup of tea. From that moment we only got nice things from Luster

We stayed 7 nights and it was amazing. The staff is really friendly and knows how to add a dash a special to every night. We really enjoyed the spa facilities each night after Iong walks around Lisbon. The area is a long but good walk to the old town. Go left instead of walking to M Q Pombal! Great breakfast, loved the to go coffee always provided in the lobby. The turn down service was always cute. I recommend eating at Zaataria down the street, it was delicious. We will definitely go back next time. Shout out to Felipe in the lobby for always greeting us with good vibes. Check in and check out was a breeze! Thanks for everything.

We had a very easy stay at the hotel. One thing to note though was that we were hoping to have some massages whilst we were there, but on arrival we discovered they only provided a service Wednesday to Friday and this was outside of our stay. It would’ve been good to have been informed about this before booking. Other than that, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and the location was ideal.

Our room had an awful smell of drains / rotten eggs coming from both the bathroom and the air con - we asked to change rooms but were told they were fully booked.
Road noise in the room was also bad - certainly not soundproof. Breakfast was good, staff were lovely & the indoor pool was nice but would personally not stay again.

The staff are nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. City view rooms have terrible noise from the main road (even on higher floors) but the worst issue is the terrible sewer smell in the bathroom and aircon - we literally couldn’t use the aircon in our room due to the smell of rotting eggs, but couldn’t change rooms as apparently they were fully booked. Steam room didn’t work, weights equipment in gym out of order - for the price there are better options in Lisbon.
