I stopped at the Moxy front desk on the morning of 6~13 on way to airport and informed them l would not be signing in for stay as l had a family emergency at home.
Tried canceling with them and they informed me l would have to do so with Expedia.
I attempted to cancel and all that was going on in travel arrangements l believe l cancelled for what good it did l don’t know. Suspect it was too late for refund. Was a able to get flight home

There is no refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. While the absence of a coffee maker may not be critical, the lack of a refrigerator makes staying at the hotel uncomfortable and inconvenient—especially if you need to stay for more than one night.

Good location with proximity to bus/metro/mall. Arrived right behind a giant group there for a conference so check in took over 25 minutes. Not even apology for the long wait was offered to me. Rooms are very small with minimal amenities. The standard room is two twins or a double, and I got two twins. Beds were smaller than my college dorm bed. In fact my college dorm was definitely bigger than the room and also had a microwave/ mini fridge, which the hotel rooms do not

Great location with easy access to metro or wider rail. The hotel was welcoming and very comfortable. There are cafes and a small grocery nearby- and so much more: movies, shopping, walking on the waterfront.

Moxy is a great hotel for location. The hotel and room was very clean and had great parking. In walking distance to Meo Arena, the river, and Aquarium, the Oriente Station is across the street. I would not recommend the Moxy for more than a night. The room and bathroom is very small, no in room coffee or tea. Only 2 towels and 2 tiny paper cups for drinking the tap water. Could not get the thermostat to stay any lower than 20c. The shower floor is very slick and water temp would not regulate and would go from perfect temperature to scalding hot to ice cold in seconds. Moxy is definitely a no frills hotel, no drawers or a closet, and no desk. For the price charged there are many nicer hotels in Lisbon, I will not be staying here again.
