Oporto Airport & Business Hotel

We liked the proximity to the airport and metro

Booked this hotel for one night as we had an early flight the following morning. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Portugal. Room was large and clean, staff where brilliant and it's in an excellent location for access to the metro system and airport. There was also the added bonus of a free airport shuttle. Will stay again

Friendly and helpful checkin staff on arrival. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Rooms have large TV and safe. Bathroom had walkin rainshower. Hotel staff arranged for complimentary shuttle minibus for our short journey to the airport. Restaurant meals are more basic and cater for range of tastes.

Convenient and excellent service to the airport. And good food in their restaurant.

Comfortable and affordable night's stay near airport. Area around hotel was bland but we weren't there for the surroundings so it wasn't a problem

One of the worst one night stays. Hotel is definitely not a 4 Stars. No pool, no gym, iron &irnoning board 15 minutes. Stained iron/ board. Sweat stained bed headboard. Smelt wet carpet . AC not working. I was told to keep the window open. Terrible traffic noise.

A nice quiet hotel with a comfy bed close to the airport with an efficient shuttle service at stupid o’clock.

Used for a nights sleep, before an early flight. Free shuttle bus, every half hour, even through the night excellent. Friendly helpful staff, comfy bed, very clean room. Recommended.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. The bad experience with the hotel started the moment I made the reservation. There was no way to find out how to get transportation from the airport to and then from the hotel. As it is an airport hotel, details with a link to request transportation to and from the airport would have been great. I had to walk to the hotel at midnight. I woke up at the hotel the following day and had to get to the airport quickly. I asked about transportation and was told that if you had not requested it the night before, you would need to wait another half an hour. I walked the 2 kilometers back to the airport carrying my luggage. I was also surprised to learn that I had to pay a city tax the moment I checked in. That could have been noted in the check-in or covered when I made the reservation. My question for Oporto is, why go through all the effort to create a great hotel but then leave people confused as to how to get there and back from the airport?

When you need a clean bed and friendly service close to the airport, you can’t really do any better than this. My flight was delayed and didn’t get in until midnight. A quick call to the hotel, and their shuttle was there in a mere 10 minutes. Check-in was easy and friendly. Bar was open! Room was clean and beds were comfy. Easily arranged a free shuttle back to the airport for next day. The included breakfast was more than I expected. If you don’t mind a little airport noise, the convenience and quality of this hotel is outstanding.

Great place to stay near the airport for an early morning flight. Took advantage of the free shuttle. Not much to do in area within walking distance however.

I liked that it was very close to the airport, had free shuttle to the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was just the basics, but that is all I needed.
