It was my first time on and apartment instead of a hotel, it was good and reminded me of home.
I was just sad it was away from the city center, or a Subway station for Thati matter.
But overall, i really likes it, i woud rent it again

Fantastic apartment. I was given a guided tour upon arrival. Very good size especially for the money. The kitchen was fully equipped and included a coffee machine. The living room had cable television. The only downside was the local area was a little dull but it was near to where I needed to visit. Highly recommended.

Unit is in a comfortable and convenient area. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, kitchen and bathroom fans did not work, and main front entrance door did not lock. Bathroom seat was broken or improperly installed.
Super slow stove top, hard to cook anything on it. The grill/broiler was also slow. Only way to get air in was to open the doors - no aircon and no windows. Only a small ceiling fan over the dinning room table.

It was fine but I did pay for a premium apartment only to be informed after I arrived there that it hadn’t been cleaned so it wasn’t ready and I was moved to another one. Which was great but didn’t had a balcony. Sadly no compensation was for different of prices was offered. Also I wasn’t able to check in immediately and they didn’t reply when I asked for a late check out. I wish they had done everything way more smoothly. The apartment itself was actually great and I would recommend.

My original review was inexplicably rejected. Here it is again.
Apartment was clean, but cold and sparsely furnished. Check-in was a nightmare. I'm old school, I go to the address given, tell the clerk I have a reservation and he checks me in. The Apartments are several private apts spread over several streets. You are given a whole list of instructions. As my phone battery had died, we got to the 'hotel' address knowing nothing of this. Several calls to the telephone number given (an answering machine) and Hotels got nowhere and we were left in the rain for three hours before a girl arrived and berated us for not replying to her calls! Had to sign 'Terms and Conditions' which basically say you are crashing in on a private apt building unregistered. etc. This is not how a 'hotel' should work.

The apartment is great, but I was not aware that there was additional charge for late check in when I booked, and there was no hairdryer. We are not in the 1950's - ladies should not have to specifically ask for an appliance most use daily.

Full kitchen was really helpful.
Had to wait some time for checking as they were very busy that day. Good location, but a little hard to find. Better directions would be helpful.

It took 2 days for the repressive to reply to my email and when she did she seem to not really read it, it was frustrating trying to meet her as there is not a front desk , the listing said that it was a luxury apartment with a view of the river instead we got a bare bones run down apartment with a view of a grass hill, the apartment was very hot unfortunately we could leave the widows open because the traffic noise was extremely loud. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow the kitchen had chipped plates and no toaster. Thankfully we only booked for one night

I had to wait for over 40 minutos for the person in charge of the check in to arrive!
When they did, they wanted to charge me again for the stay! I had to prove that I had already paid with my credit card for them to accept it!
Also they made me pay cash 6 Euros saying that this tax was not included in the rate!
I still think it was!
Bathroom was not adequate, shelf below the sink was broken.
They said I could use one space at the garage , I placed my car there and we received a notification that the space belonged to another apt!
We had to call them again in order to give us another space!

The apartment has a great view but is far from the city. The owners need to fix a few items, e.g. kitchen tap, and pay attention to client needs, e.g. provide soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

The apartment layout is nice. You have free parking. Airport near by. The lady that came to let us in was nice and on time. The beds were so bad that no one slept well. Very bad quality mattresses. No keys for the bathroom doors could also be improved. Nice kitchen. Very slow net which did not work at times. We could not get the TV to work - no description on how to use it either.

Since it is an apartment, we had to call when we arrived at airport so that the host would meet us at the address to handover keys and show the basics.
Apartment is in good condition, security is good and never felt unsafe throughout the time we were there. There's a supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was a lifesaver on many occasions.
There were times when there was a heavy stench of sewage, but this was not specifically within the apartment, but the whole area.
We had a power failure on the apartment, but was quickly sorted out. Was very impressed with the responsiveness of the personnel in charge of the apartments - very attentive and organized.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a self catered trip to Lisbon. There are many eateries in the local area serving a variety of cuisine's to suit anyones tastes.

o apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado. Minha insatisfação foi que nas condições para realizar a reserva diz que o check in poderia ser feito a qualquer momento, sem restrições de horário , pagando uma taxa extra de 15 euros.
Porém fiz a solicitação para check in 03:00 hrs , mas foi negada .
Então fica a dica e atenção para quem reserva este apartamento... que o check in é somente 14:30 hrs a 23:00 hrs
