Rivoli Cinema Hostel

Amazing hostel, the staff were so friendly and accommodating! There’s chances to meet up with other solo travellers which is great. The beds are comfortable and have a privacy curtain which is always a great benefit. The only issue I had was that the bathrooms were mixed gender which I didn’t personally enjoy but other than that there were no issues at all. The location is perfect for tourist locations and very close to the metros. In all I would definitely say it is one of my favourite hostels I have stayed at and will definitely be staying again when visiting Porto!

The room was way too small for the price. Also we booked the property due to the pool but they closed it citing winter despite it not being too cold at the beginning of october in Porto. Hostel room would probably be worth it but the individual room at this property is not good.

We had a private room with shared bathroom in the Rivoli Cinema Hostel for 3 nights. It is in walking distance to most of the sights, tours and supermarkets. The kitchen was well equiped, the shared bathrooms were clean and our room was comfortable. It is a bit noisy with the traffic, but it is to be expected on this location.The staff was fun and very helpful. The cinema theme is everywhere, in all the small details! Great home base in Porto!

It was in middle of downtown

My spouse, 9 year old child and I had an excellent time at this hostel! The facilities were clean and enjoyable. The location had us walking distance from wonderful cafes, restaurants, and sites. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included. What more could you ask for!

Situado en el mismo centro de oporto, a unos 5 minutos a pie de la torre de los clérigos y la estación de tren. Muy limpio, con desayuno rico y camas cómodas. Nos sorprendió para bien la verdad y el personal muy agradable. Sin duda repetiría.

Foi ótima! As pessoas eram muito respeitadoras e simpáticas.

Zunächst Ärger um den Uebernachtungspreis mit Diskussionen bis kurz vor Mitternacht. WHnsinnige Lautstärke von der Musik von der Dachterrasse. Kein Stuhl oder Ablage im Zimmer. Hilfsbereites Personal

Das beste Hostel in welchem ich je war!!!

It was a nice as three years before when booked the hostel for the first time. Very nice house, excellent and clean bathrooms. The rooftop bar is always a place to stay. And the staffwas very polite and helpful, thank you so much. :)

Super séjour en plein centre de Porto. Auberge de Jeunesse propre et confortable. Petit-déjeuner un peu tardif (8h30) mais très copieux. Chambre de 4 petite (normal pour une AJ) mais literie confortable. Clim appréciée. Sanitaires propres. Bar sur le toit-terasse super sympa. Piscine ressemble plus à une grosse baignoire ou un jacuzzi sans les bulles.

Great location, service and comfortable bed! Nice and organized common space! breakfast ok, nothing special. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I bought a room for 3 with 3 beds : we had a ROOM WITH 2 BEDS!!!!!!!! THE BABY SLEPT IN HIS TROLLEY…. SHAME ON YOU

Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos recogieron las maletas, también nos invitaron a utilizar todas sus instalaciones aunque aún quedasen varias horas para que estuviese nuestra habitación. El trato fue magnífico, todos muy amables y hablaban varios idiomas. El lugar es perfecto para parejas, amigos y familias.No deja de ser un sitio al que vas a dormir cuando estás de vacaciones, pero esas camas tienen algo que te atrapan la verdad. El único inconveniente que le pondría es que el baño es compartido y las duchas también, pero vamos, que eso antes de ir lo sabes y sabes a lo que te expones… eso si, la Limpieza de estos es increíble y con que te lleves unas chanclas para la ducha, perfecto! Si habéis visto el mapa de oporto esta en pleno centro de la ciudad, cosa que es un puntazo y también muy cerca de la estación de metro (si vienes desde el aeropuerto). Más no puedo decir, pero vamos, creo que he pagado menos de lo que de verdad debería costar. He vuelto muy contento
