Fantastic hotel.
Very easy and fast check in and check out. Not expensive at all.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Large and clean room and bathroom with a frigobar there.
Splendid breakfast for 12 euros, lots of choice, hot and cold food, cereals, pastries, and fruits.
Very well located, 15 min walking to Ribeira.

The rooms are kinda small but they are comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful; and the hotel is in a walkable distance to the main attractions.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn't realise how far the hotel was from the river. The outward walk was fine but going back seemed a long way as it's all uphill.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied la plupart du temps pour visiter le port, la partie historique de Porto et d’autres secteurs . Proximité du métro. Chambre propre et confortable. Il y manque cependant des options de rangement telles crochets et tablettes. Personnel très amical et aidant

The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.

Dejligt nyt hotel med flinkt personale, fantastisk morgenmad og fine værelser med dejligt brusebad. Tæt på metrostation og supermarked. Eneste minus er en del gade- og trafikstøj, hvis man - som os - boede på 1. sal. Jeg bad om at flytte højere op, men der var desværre ingen ledige værelser, da jeg spurgte. Pladsen er under renovering.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, um von dort aus schnell fußläufig an die wichtigsten Punkte der Stadt zu kommen. Es ist gleichzeitig eine eher ruhigere Gegend, die nicht sehr von Touristen überlaufen ist. Es gibt umliegende Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings nur maximal für 2 Stunden am Stück. Daher war die hoteleigene Garage sehr praktisch.

Preis Leistung ist top. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, ca. 5 Minuten zur Metro Station Trindade. Ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber, ebenso ein Café mit Snacks und Essen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Obwohl das Hotel an einer verkehrsreichen Straße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Hôtel bien situé très proche du métro pour l'aéroport et à à moins de 10 minutes du centre ville. Notre chambre était très propre, située sur l'arrière au calme.
Très bon déjeuner varié. Personnel agréable.
