Superb location. Our room was modern with a small balcony whose doors were impressively sound dampening from the street. The bedroom was further isolated by another wall and only a clerestory window to the main living area--- so we slept like the dead and bounced back from jet lag immediately!
Everything you want to see in Porto is walkable from the apartments and they're spacious and new. Extremely satisfied.

The room was not clean well. Above the bed on the flat surface was very dusty, not from a few days but heavy dust from weeks of neglect. The refrigerator didn't cool and the freezer wouldn't stay cold enough to keep ice.
Not the properties fault but our neighbors were loud, rowdy and rude. Lots of noise from them.

Great communication and location. Apartment was very clean. We rented the duplex. There are two bedrooms upstairs and the toilet is downstairs. Stairs are narrow and no handrails. If ur someone that needs to get up in middle of night for toilet this is something to take into consideration before booking.

Very unique space. Fun old character building but bright modern and freshly renovated interior. Very walkable location but was nice and quiet. Beds were very comfy. Didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on kitchen. Only thing I’d note is that yes there is a coffee maker but you have to buy your own ground coffee. Not an issue it something nice to know ahead of arrival. Staff were amazing and would highly recommend.

This is a great apartment and couldn't be more central and conveniently located in Porto - everything is in walking distance. Despite being on a busy road, the apartment was relatively quiet. I was very grateful that the RVA Porto team was able to assist with getting some dental retainers that I left behind sent on to me - they went above and beyond to help and it was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Pros:
- Great Location
- Friendly, professional staff
- Spacious, comfortable apartment
- Can leave luggage at the office - after check out
Cons:
- Poor / non-existent shower lighting
- Noisy air-conditioner
Note, this location requires to walk up 20 steps to get to the elevator. (No issue for us)

Walking distance to Porto’s main sites, plenty of places to eat and shop. Elevator starts on the 2nd floor so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs; the bathroom was very clean but needs more lighting. Front desk was very helpful snd friendly
