Property is comfortable and location is in the center of Lisbon. Close to the airport and many other things. I don't recommend trust in parking in the property. it is very small and very hard to go down to park. you are lucky if you don't hit the walls. I recommend a public parking nearby for same price.

Very nice hotel, great amenities, very good breakfast, good location, metro just across the street so downtown main tourist area is 15 min. away. A big plus for visitors. Nice rooftop pool. Very polite and helpfull staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Sana Reno Hotel was nice & quite comfortable overall. The service is good, the rooms are nice & clean & comfortable, and the air conditioning works just fine. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety to choose from to make for a good start to your day. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street in what appears to be a good, safe & very walkable location. It is convenient to the airport. Our only complaint has to do with their parking garage that is really only good for micro-mini type vehicles. The lady at the reception desk did warn us that it was "tight," but I think I would have described it as almost impossible to get into. We drove our very small Toyota rental car into the garage the first night & it was a very stressful nightmare. We weren't sure if we would be able to get it back out. Drove around & around to find parking on the street after the first night because we vowed to never drive back down into the sardine can. If you know the Austin Powers movies, google "Austin Powers gets stuck for one hour." It was like that. Not kidding.

Very nice and friendly Hotel. Good breakfast, and the swimming pool on the roof top was great to have after a long day walk in Lisboa. Easy to commute with the nearby underground.
