Amazing stay, comes with a parking, beach towels, a small kitchenette. Location was hard to find, but the host picked up my call at 1:30am or 2am to help and that was really nice! I would not mind staying here again.

Amazing place close to the beach

The host gave me and the other guests the same apartment number and code, when I entered the room, there was another family already in there, I was shocked. How could it be possible! Host phone didn’t answer many times. It hard to find that place.

This is a small apartment. Don’t get me wrong. It’s cozy and family friendly. however, there was either a mental issue or it was very mildew inside the house the address on the website does not appear on the actual map had to contact the property and there was a little miscommunication due to language barrierz

We made a last minute decision to stay in the Farjardo area for one night and were lucky to find this place. It was a great space, clean and the hosts were very communicative. The bed was really hard but thats a small complaint.

Small but nice

Property was great and the hosts were very nice. Our only recommendations would be having beach chairs available and a softer bed. Other than that this is a quaint little property!!

Beautiful place to stay, we wish we had more days to spend here! Lovely host, our room is beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean, cold ac, nice fridge and sitting area etc.

Every detail is perfect. We are really enjoying a relaxing stay. Much appreciated the personal escort by the owner leading us to the property. Then, another escort pointing us in the correct direction to the beach which was a short, pleasant walk.

Easy to locate and access. Clean and cozy. Close to everything in Fajardo with transportation, 15 mins away from everything.

Really enjoyed my stay in this secluded area of Las Croabas.Note that the address on Expedia is far from being the exact location. Thankfully, the contact phone number answered right away, and I was texted a GPS position.Turned out even better than I had expected because I was located just a stone’s throw away from the Seven Seas Beach.I didn’t even have to use the car, I just walked to this beach with is next to a natural preserve, is guarded by the reefs from the big waves of the outer sea and has very few people.The apartment had everything one needed, even plates, cups and silverware. Beach towels were also provided. The A/C worked great, and the internet was fast. The parking spot was just in front of the building. Felt very safe.It was extremely clean as well, and one could see that the hosts had put a lot of care into this charming property.During my stay, there was an emergency on the island. This location stayed without electricity (and hence no A/C and no internet) for one day and no running water (for whatever reason) for three days. However, I was shown a garden hose faucet that still functioned intermittently presumably because of its position so low that the water still flowed to it from the water tower. Neighbors brought in basins, and there was always water either in the faucet or in a basin (or in both) so that one could wash the hands, face or dishes and flush the toilet – which is what I did there. I was also provided with bottled drinking water and refund.

Overall very good. The only negative was the toilet. It was very finicky and even when we did not put toilet paper in, it was very difficult to flush.
