this hotel was very beautiful. We got the king suite with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was very small for two people. It w. Sheets and blankets. We asked the front desk to bring up blankets and they never did and then we had to call them to get blankets. call multiple times letting the phone ring 30 to 40 times each. They ended up never bringing us blankets.

We stayed here a couple of days before our cruise that embarked directly across the street. There were restaurants, shopping and sightseeing all within walking distance of the hotel. We had a balcony room with a bay view so we felt connected to the culture around the clock. The staff was phenomenal. Especially Josephine who made us feel like family.

Great location and lovely hotel. Very disappointed that there was no safe in the room and no full length mirror.
I also booked a “view room” and the only thing I could see from my window were internal hotel walls and other windows.

Convenient and walkable to different areas. The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant. Staff was great, hotel is kept very clean and the restaurant staff was great. I would suggest to add more chairs to the pool area as a couple of times there was not chairs available. Overall Beautiful and convenient. I enjoyed my stay!
